I am very happy at Greystar! The staff is wonderful, professional, and always there to help you!
It’s a great building. We successfully downsized and enjoy it here. When it’s hot outside it’s always fair and mid-70s with a light breeze inside.
Turned in work order and it was resolved within a couple of hours! Very happy tenant.
The Orchards at Arlington Highlands has been our home for 4 years, and we love it!! The building and furnishing style is very welcoming, light and airy, large community rooms, and the amenities are many. Management and staff are currently exemplary, friendly and responsive to residents' needs. The building grounds are beautiful, with many trees out front. Pool is large and kept spotless. Our maintenance staff are thorough with daily cleaning, and they are all very friendly and know most of the residents and their needs. Very efficient. Our location is close to all types of retail shopping and businesses, and major roadways and highways. This makes it easy to get around Arlington and Mansfield.

We were impressed the minute we walked in the door. There was resident activity going on, the front lobby area is much nicer than our previous complex, and we felt very comfortable. Heather gave us a tour and helped is with a "slight" accident in a very pleasant manner. Our decision was an easy one.

I believe many people who have lived in an owner occupied home for many, many years are reluctant to think of a place like the Orchards as being a living experiencethey would like. They think of it as an apartment, and the last apartment they were in might've been 40 or 50 years ago. I know that's the way I felt. I think we all should be diligent about calling these homes. That's what they are, and that's what they feel like. It is not my perception of what I thought an apartment was going to be. I love my home here at the Orchards.
We have lived at The Orchards for 4 1/2 years and are very content in our home here. The staff are great and we adore our apartment floor plan.

There has been no real improvement since I moved in not that I would brag about. The landscape is horrible. That would be the first red flag for me if I was looking for a place to live the people who work there have been nice, but the owners have not invested anything to make The facility appealing to say I wanna live there. You have a flag in front is tattered and ripped that’s the first thing that you see when you pull up in the driveway. The parking is horrible. The dog park is dead. The dogs don’t even wanna go there.

It’s a very nice place to live. I love it here. I love the people that live here everyone is nice and friendly. Most of us have dogs so it’s always fun in the halls with the animals. The ladies in the office Heather and Crystal are always helpful with anything you need. They are so sweet. The manager Brenda knows everyone and that’s a lot of people by their name and is always nice, friendly and very helpful. So, if you’re looking for a place to really stay at and plan on not leaving this is the place. I will never leave here.

I use to love the Orchards but lately the quality of our building and the response to areas breaking, and those items being fixed in a timely manner has not happened. Also, changes to who can participate in dinners, or events being canceled is unexceptable. We pay a pretty hefty amount to live here and we're told certain amenities that are slowly slipping away.

Parking here at the Orchard is at Time hard for when people have family and friends visiting them. The manager has been working on it, but it seems at times as though we still have a problem.

I love my apartment home at The Orchards. It is a friendly peaceful and thriving community. Whenever I meet a resident in the common areas or the elevator I am always greeted with a warm smile or wave. The residents look out for one another and lend a helping hand when needed. There are always activities provided which is especially important during holidays, but not limited to holidays. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and all amenities are provided as advertised. The location is ideal, it is surrounded by shops and restaurants, doctor offices and parks. I love the peace and harmony which is what matters most to me. Patricia L

We moved here after living in our own home for 30 years. We are used to very independent living, and here we have been able to continue that without some of the maintenance responsibilities. Yet we have the freedom to come and go as we please.

The residents here at the Orchard’s are very nice and very friendly. All the workers here are extremely nice. If you ever need maintenance for anything it’s like they instantly come to your apartment. The management team here is nice and friendly too. There are plenty of animals for everyone to enjoy. The office even gives out treats. It’s a wonderful place to live!

The Orchards is a wonderful place to live and enjoy great fellowship with dear sweet people. Summertime gives us lots of opportunities for potlucks, bunko, card playing and dog watching. The management here is warm and caring Come join us you will not regret lmaking this your new home.
