Property Ratings at The Onyx
Management is very hard to get ahold of. Seems as though the building either has a mold issue or carpet mites of some sort. Many broken areas of the building. No a/c in the gym. Theater has been locked due to theft and now requires a DEPOSIT before use. My bike was stolen from underground parking lot alongside 5 other bikes and no email or notice from management was given.
The building itself is good, but the new management has been unresponsive to email requests—even though they specifically asked us to use email for communication. I’ve sent them eight emails over the past two months, and none of them have been answered.
