Excellent Staff. Nice, Clean and Friendly environment. Very professional staff. Love the apartment floor plan and all the newest upgrades.
We are thrilled to be here and excited for the finishing touches. The staff is excellent and there are many conveniences that set this place apart.
From the time that we took a tour, we new that this is the place for us to live. Great amenities, location is very convenient, and the staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
The One at Columbia staff have really helped me with the transition into my new apartment. Everybody and everything has been great!
It’s my first apartment, ever, since military barracks over 30 yrs ago. Just spent last 2 yrs living off grid in Alaska and I am here for convenience of its location. I am closer to family as well the medical help I need without having to fly to every medical appointment lol and God willing I will do well here.
The One at Columbia is an amazing community. It’s new and both Malaya and Megan have been amazing to work with. I moved here after a very short stint at a nearby community and The One at Columbia was a breath of fresh air! I would recommend the community to anyone.
