Just across the I-35 from Downtown San Antonio, Tobin Hill is a fast-growing section of the city filled with a curious mix of Neoclassical and Craftsman homes. More modern loft-style apartment complexes are bringing in new residents and of-the-moment restaurants and cafes. The Strip is a popular area of Tobin Hill. This Midtown San Antonio entertainment district has become a hub of the city’s culinary scene.

To balance out the rich food scene, Brackenridge Park can be found at the eastern corner of the neighborhood, housing the San Antonio Zoo. It provides plenty of opportunities to enjoy the climate of San Antonio. The Japanese Tea Garden within the park has been a popular spot for residents and tourists since 1901.

Driving into the city only takes minutes from Tobin Hill, so renters might find the I-37, I-10, and I-35 more useful for reaching the outer edges of the city.
