Overall it’s a good place to live, but sometimes it feels like the day to day cleaning and maintenance isn’t a priority. For example, the elevator tends to be dirty, or smell funky for days, but then it will be spotless and have a very pungent cleaning smell.

Well, all was good at the beginning My move in process was easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful A part from that, no complaints so far
It’s good but has some issues. There is always something broken. However it does have a great pool (was closed for a few months in the spring). Gated parking!

I love it here!! I wish there was pest control every month because I’ve been having some issues & I just moved in. I’ve been maintaining it myself and for the most part it’s getting better but the amenities are excellent! It’s always clean in the hallways and gym. I am happy I moved here.

I’ve enjoyed my stay this far very peaceful. I also enjoy the fact that it is clean and free of trash. I really appreciate the valet trash run. I only wish I could have a key fob for the gate access sooner that’s all.. How ever everyone is sweet! Management has been kind to me.

I love my new apartment. The building is clean along with the property. The agents are very friendly. The property amenities are a plus. The pool area, the gym in the main building is very accessible. The promotion they have going on is one of the best, everyone should take advantage. I would recommend this place to anyone. Current resident, apartment layout and appliances are okay but the building is not built well, I can hear everything the people upstairs are doing just bc of the building.

When we moved in there were ants… a few roaches here and there (but they were HUGE) Requested pest control a few times we work not sure if they came but didn’t see a difference. Bought our own stuff that seemed to work.. Having a dog park on property is nice but it’s not a park it’s more just a yard. No toys, no shade, 2 benches. Leash law is not really enforced on the property either. Maintenance is the saving grace here! They have always been wonderful!! My dog LOVES them. They are kind and quick! Office staff picks and chooses when they want to help with something. Very hands off after move in. They also pick and choose when they are kind.. I won’t be renewing. Price too high for actual value at this time.

Leasing and move in process was easy and enjoyable. Staff is friendly and efficient. Emails are met with swift replies. Property is clean and well maintained. 2 dog parks makes it very pet friendly. Plenty of parking

Lived here a little over a year now. Overall very satisfied. I haven’t had any issues with staff, apartment or tenants. Gated community with security patrol helps keep peace of mind with parking lot. Which was a nice addition with new management.

Excellent so far! Jackie has been easy going and easy to work with. The work orders are seen to and finished promptly. There’s not much more I can say. So far they’ve been true to their word about having 6 weeks free.

Really nice place. A lot of amenities, friendly house keeper, fast maintenance services. My day starts with the club house starbucks coffee.
This building is terribly built, there are cracks in the walls that they cover up but they will reappear. The structure is so poor that my upstairs neighbors sound like they are about to crash thru. Carjackings - my vehicle had a break in attempt a few months after living here parked outside of the gate due to not finding parking after 9:30PM; car was ransacked recently while parked INSIDE the gate near building one. No cameras in parking lot either. Gate has been broken for weeks. There is only 2 doors that work for building one and 1/2 will sometimes be not working making you have to go all the way to the opposite side of building to enter. $70/ month for trash - $35 is valet with the remaining $35 being for disposal of the trash ? I have never paid so much for trash ever and normally the disposal changes monthly every other place I’ve lived, not here… I did not move here by full choice and want to share my Experiences as a warning to those considering. Please look at the bad reviews and take the positive ones with a grain of salt.
Great place to live, parking can be rough especially at night. Appliances and apartment interiors are clean and feel new. Neighbors are all mostly friendly young professionals.

Great property, just moved back to Austin and glad I chose The Mont as my home, office staff is amazing as well as maintenance. The gym is perfect, state of the art equipment and you get a view of the amazing pool while you work out.

I’m really enjoying my new apartment. I haven’t utilized all the amenities but I’m really enjoying the onsite gym. It has everything you need to get a great workout in!! I also appreciate how quick the turn around is for any issues I may have in my apartment.

Love this place!! From the amenities to the calm quiet atmosphere of the complex. The location is incredible as well very close access to the freeway and close to down town. I can’t find one complaint!!

There’s absolutely not enough parking spaces. They offer no remedy. No covered spots available and no private garages available. I have already received a $1200 dent in my door and just last night my car was broken into and I had my $1100 handgun stolen. Guess what, no security cameras… I have lived here for only 12 days.

Fetch sucks but other than that everything is great. I also don’t know how to get into any of the facilities or the gate codes to get into the complex without a remote.

Everyone one has been really friendly and welcoming. The Pool is low on water and the filters don’t really work right because of that reason. At least that’s what I’ve noticed. The staff is so fun and really nice
