Good support during move-in. Only hiccup was my gate/garage opener wasn't properly programmed. Otherwise, very professional support by all team members. Well done!

Monarch is a great place to live. Quiet and calm, most people keep to themselves. I felt very safe here and the staff was very kind. I love having the parking garage.

The staff and amenities are great. I feel safe here. The only downside is when there are events at Met Life so, the traffic is heavy. We just renewed our lease and are excited to continue living here.

We have been living at the monarch since the building has opened. We are happy to call the monarch home. We have seen a lot of management come and go but by far Myra and team are the best we have seen. Kamil is the best maintenance manager around. We are happy to call the monarch home.

Although our apartment is beautiful, my roommate and I moved less than a week ago to have broken appliances and issues in our apartment. After sending numerous emails, we are still waiting for someone to get back to us.

I cannot stress enough how strongly I advise against renting at the Monarch Apartments. My experience there was a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. Here's why: * Management Misery: The management is a complete disaster. They're constantly changing, slow to respond to any issues, and their incompetence is staggering. False fire alarms are a weekly occurrence, disrupting our lives and wasting our time. * Safety Concerns: This complex is a breeding ground for danger. A recent drug bust revealed a massive fentanyl operation right here, putting residents' lives at risk. The management team seems completely unconcerned about our safety. * Vindictive and Unprofessional: After complaining about a lost package, they retaliated by harassing me and threatening eviction with false accusations. They even evicted me on my last month, costing me thousands in unnecessary legal fees. Bottom Line: If you value your safety, sanity, and hard-earned money, stay far away from the Monarch Apartments. They are a complete disgrace and a danger to their residents.

It's been a such a pleasure living at The Monarch so far! The facilities are clean and maintained well. All the staff from the leasing team to the maintenance crew and the concierge are friendly and accommodating. You cannot beat the location either!

I love my new apartment. Everyone is so nice and I love the environment. The building is clean, quiet and safe. My daughter loves the play room and I enjoy all The amenities the monarch has to offer.

Visitors bypass signing up through security by going through the side elevators. Items purchased for delivery to the building aren't monitored appropriately and are taken.

Excellent service and a great location. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and the concierge team is outstanding. The parking area is always well-maintained, and the office staff are both professional and friendly.

Good for the most part. Although over the last few months, our upstairs neighbors stomp all day and night throughout the apartment. Not sure if new residents have moved in. Front desk (especially William) is friendly and maintenance is pretty on top of things.

I recently moved into this amazing place, The Monarch and couldn't be more thrilled with my decision! It is a beautiful building to call home. The amenities here are truly top-notch. The highlights for me are the gym, parking, and the terrace. 5 stars!!!

I like my apartment community. Despite being across from Met Life Stadium, it is quiet. Neighbors are respectful. Bonus, there are a lot of cute dogs.

Was looking for an apartment with a 2 week move in date and Monarch delivered. The building is extremely well kept, the common spaces are always cleaned and organized, and Morgan from the leasing team got everything done for me within days. Could not be happier.

Great amenities, maintenance does a great job at keeping the common areas clean. Love living here. Any maintenance requests are promptly tended to.

We just renewed our lease and love living here. Wish they had electric chargers. The staff is great! The shuttle to Secaucus Junction is convenient.

The leasing manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was ready for my arrival, addressing all my questions and concerns promptly. Their professionalism and dedication made me feel welcomed and valued as a new resident. The apartment was in excellent condition upon move-in, showing that the management team takes great pride in maintaining the property. I already feel at home and am excited to continue living here, knowing I have such a supportive and attentive team looking out for the residents. When first moved in,the pool opened at 10. following year it was suppose to open 10ish maybe 10:30 I don’t exactly remember. It would then open whenever the lifeguards got there which could have been at 11/11:30 (literally when a lifeguard got there and the heater was as broken so the pool was always freezing). Now the pool opens up at 11:30( had I known that from the beginning I would never chose this apt.). The pool has been heated this year thus far but is so dirty. Idk who is suppose to clean it but the lifeguards never skim it. My husband was skimming it the other day himself( meanwhile we pay for amenities) the skimmer was disgusting. So now the pool opens at 11:30 they make us get out every so often to check the water and CLOSE the pool from 3:30-4 so they can go to lunch. We have to actually get up and leave the pool completely. The other day I was there and the lifeguard was in the pool lounging while we were waiting for her to tell us it’s ok to go in her lunch was over

Lovely apartment community, just moved here a month ago and have no complaints! Love how it’s never too loud and there’s so many places to hang out. Have a wonderful day!!

So far, the staff has been amazing...glad i moved in to the Monarch. The ammenities i will try them sooner than later...wanna try that pool for sure

Love it, any problems are easily fixed with a ticket. Staff is always around cleaning or easily available. Amenities are great, food trucks on schedule and some show up randomly.

The Monarch has been an amazing experience so far, the move all went very smooth and easy with the help of all the office and maintenance staff. They’re the best!

Lately, not great. New property manager and accounting dept suck ! Unorganized and unprofessional. They don’t care about the tenants. They don’t answer questions, make mistakes all the time and then leave you with the fees caused by their mistakes.

All good except limited public transportation and places to spend time within walking distance availability, so always need to have a car or use uber/lyft if you want to go somewhere.

Very happy living here, my kids love the playroom and I love the views and plenty of closet space. I am looking forward to staying here for a while

Well the apartments are cheaply made. It’s difficult to have independence here when there are many restrictions. Like not having the ability to have 2 keys per unit. Then to over charge for a lock out is just ridiculous. It should be 3 times then a charge and a charge of 25 no more than 35 dollars.

Great community. Not very pricey. Be careful, stadium traffic can be bothersome during concerts or sporting events. Otherwise, the front desk staff is great. However leasing office will nickel and dime you for everything they can.

My husband and I have been living here for almost a year now and we love it! The shuttle is great for my husband who has to commute to NYC and I often take it as well. It is so convenient! The staff here is great and I enjoy the events and food trucks they offer.

The best thing is because you live in a place where you feel safe, especially when you have children, I feel comfortable with the organization of the place.

Couldn’t happier in our new apartment at the Monarch! Staff is friendly, we love our covered parking spots in the garage. We love the gym and the community room. A different lunch truck comes to the building every week in case you don’t feel like cooking. Can’t wait to take a dip in the pool in the summer!!

Great building, very clean and quiet. I am very happy to have made the move here in September. I am looking forward to maximizing the outdoor spaces more in the Summer.

The water was shut off from the morning till 10pm. I advised them I rinsed my baby in the last bottle of water I had and I couldn’t Instacart bc I couldn’t carry the baby and the cases of water up myself bc we only have one cart for a whole building which is never available. And her response was the water may be back by 5pm and they would send more updates (water didn’t go back on till 10pm) They should have let Instacart up as a courtesy.i will be writing another review about this on the internet. This building is awful and we can’t wait for our lease to be up. It’s one thing after another here

I love my apartment and living in the community. Best decision I made in years. I am close to to everything and everybody. The attention to the resident is impeccable.

The hallways near my unit have not had proper temperature control since the summer was too hot (like the outside temperature) and now, too cold (like the outside temperature). I spoke to the manager about the heat in the summer and she said she would speak to the maintenance team to fix the problem. We have beautiful TV's in the fitness center BUT they will not turn on. This has happened in the past, and the maintenance team should notice this every am when they do their routine work there, but for 2 weeks the screens are totally BLACK. I asked for someone in the management office to get the head of maintenance to lubricate the leg press levers controlling the weights on the leg press machine. Nothing has been done.

Not quite what I would call a luxury building. Do your research before you move. It has gone downhill the last couple of years. Takes forever to get things fixed, emails unanswered, obnoxious people running through halls and dogs constantly barking.

Nice and quiet place to live. Very clean place. Staff very friendly and when there is a maintenance issue the staff responds asap. I recommend the Monarch to anyone looking for a place call home
