The Mix at CTR City

The Mix at CTR City has been a great place to live. The community is vibrant and the amenities are top-notch. I've always found the staff to be helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

I absolutely love living at The Mix. I’ve been here for three years and plan to renew my lease when the time comes. The property manager and team is attentive and professional. The resident events are always fun and well-organized. The location is excellent. The maintenance team is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. They’re professional, responsive, and take pride in their work. Everyone here truly cares about the community and value high quality living, and it shows. I highly recommend living at The Mix!

Maintenance here sucks.....They make the residents feel like they are the reasons for things happening and always have attitudes. Also they always say everything is back ordered to avoid fixing things. not happy

The MIx at Center City Anaheim has been our home for 10 years. The location cannot be beat for access to city landmarks, restuarents, points of interest and services. The building staff is wondefuf and the view is terrific. This place is near evrything. If location is important to you, this is where you should be in Anaheim.

I think the maintenance service at The Mix is quite good. I've lived here for a year, and I've always been satisfied with their service. They are fast and kind.

Nice area and safe. Easy with public transportation. And nice neighborhood.

Not a bad apartment complex parking kind of sucks security is a bit shallow and unfortunately rent is getting a bit high other than that. The maintenance and cleaning people are really good.

?? The Mix is a wonderful place that has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere along with the staff. When you encounter the other tenants, it is a perfect experience of difference faces that you hear about in California inwhich my encounter was pleasing.

Living at The Mix was a frustrating experience. The building is poorly maintained, with frequent issues like broken elevators and dirty common areas. Management is unresponsive and seems more focused on raising rents and fees than addressing resident concerns. Maintenance requests often take multiple tries to get resolved, and communication about problems like stolen packages is almost nonexistent. While the location might be convenient, the overall quality of living here has gone downhill over the years. I wouldn’t recommend moving here—there are much better options out there.

Very friendly community and extremely walkable location

I anm having a wonderful experience at The Mix of CTR CITY. Annabey was spectacular in the tour, application, & welcoming/move in process. She is very patient, knowledgeable, & professional. The location is exciting & immediately feels like home. The apartment is spacious & well kept. I love the amenities, especially the infinity pool. They make it easy to lease here in every aspect with all of the extra perks that are provided. I would recommend The Mix and all similar properties that does business the way that they do.

I love to live at The Mix. It has a very nice vibe, it is close to everything and the office staff Anabey and Leslie are very nice and also the maintaince guys are very nice. I deffinerly recomend this place.

The Mix at CTR City is a wonderful community placed in a beautiful pocket of Anaheim. The building is well cared for and the apartments are gorgeous!

Terribly overpriced (cost of living here has gone up about $600 in 3 years - same quality but for no additional services, features or perks), incompetent and unorganized staff, inconsiderate of residents, inconsistent and constantly changing policies due to the revolving door of management, dirty and unkept, and everything is constantly broken or out of service for some type of maintenance (garage doors, elevators, building doors, call boxes/latch system, hallway floors, common areas, etc.).

There are UPS & DOWNS living in the community. However, the neighborhood is fine, the ambiance and the closeness to necessities.

Live been here a week today and I love it. Tho I have not checked the amenities yet I love the place. I have always this area and everything is right here. I missed farmers market yesterday but I will be going next week and it is literally right outside my building. There’s Vons in walking distance , lots of eateries right outside this building. The apt itself is really nice. Appliances are wonderful. The apt is so bright with natural light. I love it

Living at the Mix at CTR CITY has been an amazing experience. Besides the beautiful layout and convenient location, the staff, especially Anabey has made this move an amazing experience. The tour and experience Anabey provided was beyond amazing. She’s definitely someone that made me want to live here. Even with my experience with Roy, the gentlemen that came by my unit to replace my light switch was a pleasurable experience, quick, professional, and friendly.

The mix has gone down in management and maintenance in the past few years. Ever since greystar took over things got worse and no issues are getting resolved. I was promised things when I first moved in over a year ago but everything seems to be on “back order”….. a lot of the residence can agree that we have been very disappointed in the upkeep and management support (or the lack there of).

I like this place cause it’s so accessible to Church, Bank, supermarket and Restaurant/fast food. So easy to get a ride. Also a dog friendly place.

I absolutely love living at the Mix!! The application and move in process was easy. The location is great! Anabey was amazing to work with and so helpful through the entire process. The apartment home, amenities, location, and residents are all amazing!! I would highly recommend living here!!

I would not recommend The Mix to anyone seeking to rent an apartment. There have been repeated issues with the elevator, air conditioning, parking, and general upkeep of the property. Management is NOT responsive.

I just moved here to the Mix, and so far it's been a pretty good experience. The community around the area makes the location totally prime, with everything you need within walking distance and just a block or two. I never have to go far for good because it is literally yards away from my apt (but I am sure I've put on a couple pounds already). I've had maintenance issues that came up that are going to be fixed but Roy is great. The mix has a lot to offer and I look forward to a great living experience.

I would not recommend the Promenade Lofts to anyone. The management does not explain how parking will work until after you have signed a lease and given notice at your current residence. The hot water is not always hot, the refrigerator makes loud noises, the elevator doesn't;t always work and they force the residence to two any car that prks in the ASSIGNED parking spaces. In three short months I have had fice instances od someone parking in my assigned pakring. I would not recommend living here.

Awesome staff members from management to the service team to the janitorial crew they use.

The community for the most part are good experiences, you have to often wait for the elevator forever, people are not mindful of others in the parking garage and the top neighbors can be heard from below often. The walls are great in each side of you though.

Moving here has improved my general quality of life. Being able to walk to most places I need to go is a huge improvement and the convenience is something I haven't found anywhere else.

The mix at ctr city is a cool and unique apartment complex. The complex includes 4 different buildings, each with their own style and amenity and situated walking distance from restaurants, shops and even a museum. The staff, although often busy, is usually friendly and helpful. The leasing process was smooth. My specific unit has exceeded every expectation and even has a great view of disneylands fireworks. Only one parking space is given per unit no matter what and additional parking spaces are said to be available with a fee. However, these said additional parking spaces are given via waitlist so you could potentially wait months before you receive your second spot. 7 parking garages in the area, yet only one allows parking over 3 hours and costs $12/day. Street parking is available, yet is 30-90minutes max. You might get lucky parking in neighborhoods 10 minutes away, which is definitely not ideal as far as safety goes for nurses coming home at 11:30pm. Nonetheless, this complex is well maintained and clean. I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone and everyone with a 1 car household.

Doria Lofts at The Mix at CTR offers you a home that has great floor plans and is conveniently located. You can easily walk to: the library, post office, grocery, restaurants, and the church or your choice. Plus, they have a package delivery system that provides secure and accessible delivery of your packages.

Incompetent management, period. Will do the very least to help you or give you a straight forward answer. The most unprofessional staff I have ever not had the privilege of dealing with. Have to constantly ask them to do the bare minimum and then you feel like a terrible person for asking them to just do their job. For the amount of rent we pay, we should not have to live like this. You have been warned.

The Mix has been a great place to live. We miss having a patio, but the great location and amenities more than make up for that. The staff is kind, attentive, and will go above and beyond to help you find a solution to any problem. We just signed our lease to spend another year here and couldnt be more pleased with our decision!

The security of your safety and property Lacks. Unsecured place to live. Need more security.

Great location with markets, food, entertainment, and an ice rink all within walking distance. Although we wish there was a patio, all the outside walking we do makes up for it. Plenty of street parking (during quarantine time) and activities on Center St.

I am thankful for the staff at The Mix. They are always cheerful, helpful, and go out of their way to fix problems.

Just moved in. Managements staffs has been very friendly and leading procedure was clear and in order. Few maintenance inquiries were rapidly completely. We love this place and atmosphere and would definitely recommed this place to my friends.

Location is great. Clean and well maintained

Overall it's a pretty safe place to live with security and friendly staff. The matenience people respond pretty promptly and get the job done as quickly as possible to not disrupt your day. When the amenities are open they are a great place to frequent. We are happy to have renewed our lease and are hoping to enjoy ourselves some more. The location is convenient, and you can use the Fran tram or go to an Art bus, but we have yet to do so. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

The Mix at CTR CITY needs to liven up A LOT. It's a dead zone/ghost town. I feel like the spirit of the community is DEAD and needs to be recreated. This place has a lot of potential like The Packing House across the street. A lot of boutique shops and mom and pop restaurants could benefit. Crossing my fingers.

I think the best thing about this apartment is diversity. There are various floor plan styles here so that I can choose the perfectly matched unit for me.
