I love the building, office staff and community but my only issue is that I wish there were more community activities for neighbors to meet each other. I was told before I moved into the building; that they have get togethers for tenants. The dates that are circled on the calendar (posted in the elevator for everyone to see) are mainly for goodies or other things in the lobby that are just a grab and go as you please. There’s no actual get togethers where tenants and staff get together to mingle. There’s yoga during the week in the gym but only 1 or 2 people attend. Make the building more active for the tenants. :-))

Wonderful building with a very helpful and friendly staff. Only complaint would be my upstairs neighbors being a little nosey at times. Pool is a bit small, but the gym is great.

I love The Mint 425! The staff and neighbors are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making it feel like home immediately. The sense of community here is truly special. I’ve lived at The Mint 425 since 2016 and I feel a sense of home here. The Management Team is always on top of things and they make sure the community of kept clean. The Amenities are great for having parties, big and small and there is a consistent amount of activities presented by The Mint 425 staff from scheduling food trucks, in office celebrations and more. I love living here at The Mint 425 and it tough when I think about moving out because I really like living here.

I love the Mint, but I wish the lease agent had warned us about how noisy the baseball stadium in front of our unit gets, avoid at any cost units facing 4th St! Not only the noise, during season the stadium lights stay on until 3,4 o’clock in the morning and the cleaning crew at the stadium use leaf blowers to clean the seats until early morning.

Excellent Maintenance Staff

The maintenance staff is always there when you need something fixed inside your apartment. Easy to place a request and they respond quickly. They are always professional and care about what they are doing.

The Mint 425 is a great apartment complex its relaxed and you won't have noisy neighbors and everyone is very understanding and chill the maintenance team is amazing any time I put a work order in they get it in the same way only thing is I can't wait for all the community spaces to be done with renovations.

Love this place!

Lachae in the leasing office is the sweetest human ever, she helped with all of my questions during my move and was there to ease my anxiety. The apartment exceeded our expectations and really is one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. I also feel really safe living here which is super important to me as a 24 year old woman. Love it here!!!

The apartment is spacious with great bathrooms and appliances. However, the visitor parking system is one of the worst I've had to deal with. Grills at the pool are not maintained and the gym is okay, but no up to par with some other apartments in the area.

The worst management attitude.

I booked a tour appointment at 10 am but was waiting for 30 mins for someone to come. They weren't answering their phone. When an agent and manager came back from another tour, they even didn't apologize - just said okay, when I told them that I'd been waiting for half an hour. Later, I received a notification that I booked an appointment with them at 5:30 pm. After about 1 hour a manager called me and asked if I booked that 5:30 appointment. I said no, and she said it is probably their system failure. I assume this dirty trick was made to avoid sending me a tour experience survey. The worst attitude I've ever faced in apartments.
