I really enjoy living at MINT 425. The staff is so friendly and I love the amenities. A calendar of events is posted in the lobby every month and they have food trucks that come out with delicious food items. Living at MINT 425, you’re supposed by lots of things to do!

I love that the apartment building is always getting upgraded and renovated. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond to help with any apartment issues.
Super easy experience so far moving in, and it was honestly the best option for me in downtown charlotte. And for the price I’m able to get it at it makes a lot of sense
Subject: Concern Regarding Phone Call Received on Aug 11, 2025 from The Mint 425. Dear Greystar, This morning, I sent an email requesting a face-to-face meeting with Richard, the property manager at The Mint 425, to discuss my final account statement. Instead of a meeting, I received a phone call from Richard, during which he had Chianne on speaker phone. During the call, I attempted to express my concerns, but I quickly felt that the tone and comments directed toward me were unprofessional and inappropriate. I was particularly offended by the claim that I had never requested a move-out walk-through, which is not accurate. The conversation became confrontational, and I felt personally attacked by both Richard and Chianne. Due to the nature of the call and the way I was spoken to, I made it clear that I found the conversation inappropriate and unprofessional, and I chose to end the call. I am now requesting a call from Greystar upper Management for The Mint 425 to resolve the matter respectfully and professionally. Please let me know a suitable time to speak. I love the building, office staff and community but my only issue is that I wish there were more community activities for neighbors to meet each other. I was told before I moved into the building; that they have get togethers for tenants. The dates that are circled on the calendar (posted in the elevator for everyone to see) are mainly for goodies or other things in the lobby that are just a grab and go as you please. There’s no actual get togethers where tenants and staff get together to mingle. There’s yoga during the week in the gym but only 1 or 2 people attend. Make the building more active for the tenants. :-))

The mint is a very solid place to live. The only drawback isndepending on apartment location light and noise can be very bad. But it is hard to beat location. Super safe and high quality apartments

Wonderful building with a very helpful and friendly staff. Only complaint would be my upstairs neighbors being a little nosey at times. Pool is a bit small, but the gym is great.

I love The Mint 425! The staff and neighbors are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making it feel like home immediately. The sense of community here is truly special. The amenities are top-notch, making it easy to relax and enjoy life here. Plus, the location couldn’t be better. The management team is responsive and always willing to help with any concerns. I toured almost every apartment in Uptown Charlotte and all but two had horrible staff who were not the least bit friendly or welcoming. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and convenient place to live!

I’ve lived at The Mint 425 since 2016 and I feel a sense of home here. The Management Team is always on top of things and they make sure the community of kept clean. The Amenities are great for having parties, big and small and there is a consistent amount of activities presented by The Mint 425 staff from scheduling food trucks, in office celebrations and more. I love living here at The Mint 425 and it tough when I think about moving out because I really like living here.

The Mint 425 is the kindest and most neighborly apartment I have ever lived in. They take care of maintenance requests quickly, go out of their way to make me feel at home (a signed birthday card) and they host several resident events every month. I honestly don’t plan to move for a while!

Lachae is amazing and has done everything to make me feel right at home upon moving in. I had a few hiccups the night of my move in, but so far outside of that, everything has been great. It’s a peaceful community and it feels like home. Me and my pup look forward to living here and having a fresh start!

I have had a great time living here! The staff has always been so kind to me. My maintenance requests always get answered the next day. Everything gets fixed. There’s always parking. There’s always guest spots. It’s a great place to live since it’s one of the cheapest in uptown. Big fan of living here!

Conveniently located, good amenities. Too expensive. Secure parking garage but it smells like pot all the time. Nice pool area. Good employees.
