Property Ratings at The Michael At Presidio
Wonderful management of a beautiful apartment complex. The team is constantly doing events, making improvements and upgrades. Sometimes it might take a bit for facility improvements such as the gym equipment or grills but its understandable. Whenever I need maintenance for anything, they respond with 24 or less. Not much more you can ask for. My only complaint is that my packages keep getting stolen but that is not the fault of the apartment complex but it's residents.
The community is well maintained and the response time on service requests are quickly actioned. The community has great amenities. My only wish is they would continue enforcing individuals to pick up after their pets around the property.
I have had an amazing experience living at The Michael at Presidio! I love all of the activities and events that are always going on in this community and the amenities are always clean and relaxing. The complex is well maintained and the administrative/leasing staff genuinely care and are always there to help. I definitely recommend this apartment community!
This community has been nothing but positive. Very friendly and quiet atmosphere, neighbors are respectful, and I have zero complaints about living here

If you're looking for something that doesn't feel like home or feels like sterile and no personality then don't choose the Michael at presidio if you want a place that is home and warm and beautiful and modern then this is the place to go especially when anything that goes wrong in your place it's fixed really quick so come and live here if you're looking for a place to call your home.

I like being here, it is not always the most quiet but it is as quiet as it gets for apartment living. Very great people who work here and love the style of the apartments.
So far, it’s been a great experience. Low key and easy. Front desk staff has been very helpful with small things that I’ve needed. Big paint project that is near completion and I love the face lift the buildings have gotten!
Living at The Michael at Presidio has been a great experience. The community is clean, safe, and well-maintained, with beautiful green spaces, a resort-style pool, and top-notch amenities like the gym, yoga room, and resident lounge. The staff and maintenance team are friendly, responsive, and professional—they genuinely care about resident satisfaction. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with high ceilings, quality finishes, and great natural light. We especially appreciate the pet-friendly environment and nearby walking trails—it’s perfect for dog owners. There have been occasional hiccups like valet trash inconsistencies or HVAC issues in the gym, but overall management has been quick to address concerns and make improvements.

My only complaint about The Michael is the gym.. they just redid it, but adress none of the main complaints: The AC/heat is never working, it is freezing during the winter and SO hot and humid in the winter. I really wish they would fix this.

I love this complex. They just repainted. and it looks great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool and gym are amazing. The grounds are meticulous. I love that it is dog friendly with a nice dog park. The location is perfect, near major highways, and great shopping. I’ve lived here since 2023, and I feel safe here.

Overall a great experience with kind neighbors and property management/staff that behave very professionally. The cleanliness of the hallways bugs me sometimes, and the elevators are oftentimes filthy, especially on the weekends because people don’t clean up after themselves. But overall, I would recommend the Michael at Presidio to anyone.

Spacious units, great amenities, nice community events, top notch gym and friendly staff. A few issues with noise, but overall a solid place to live! 4/5 stars.

Everyone in the office is really nice, and the property is beautiful, but I would have greatly appreciated a streamlining of the move-in process as far as documents and payments are concerned.

I absolutely love the community, all the staff are incredible. All of the events are interesting and thought through. If there is any kind of issues they are always on it. If there is anything that could be improved is to fix the grills.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Patricia, the Assistant Manager, and she is a delight! She is considerate, as well as extremely competent with Greystar, as well as The Michael. When we had two challenges, she took care of them right away. Haley and Starr have also been extremely patient, helping me fill out forms online, answering my many questions, and also offering suggestions. All three of them are so helpful that it makes us grateful that we can call The Michael home.

We have immensely enjoyed our time here - our dog has never been happier! There is so much green space around, perfect for walking the dog. There are gravel paths which makes it easy to take walks around the complex as well. The community is well maintained and cleaned, the office and maintenance staff are amazing and quick to respond. We are very happy with our decision to move here.

Haley is so professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly patient and kind. She walked us through several apartments, because my husband and I are extremely picky, and after seeing several of them, we chose The Michael. Haley was a huge reason! The second visit, Haley remembered exactly what we were looking for, and she knew a bigger unit (which had just opened up) would be perfect, and we can’t wait to move in. Haley helped us complete all of the paperwork, and she’s now helping us with setting up utilities. Haley is a godsend!
