Overall good but roach infestation in building 8 is bad, frequently saw cockroaches. Also hallways not well maintained. Outdoor can also be better maintained

The community is safe, quiet, and clean. The staff is nice and the maintenance is very quick. The one year that I have lived here I feel this as my long term home.
My resident experience has been great — I’ve been very satisfied with the living conditions, support provided, and overall community atmosphere.
I love so many things about this complex. It is in an ideal location, close to main highways, and near an abundance of shopping. The staff is always friendly, and quick to respond. The amenities are excellent, such as a very nice, clean pool, an excellent gym with a personal trainer once a week, activities such as crafting, wine tasting, food trucks, and a rewards program. Overall, it is a very safe community.

this apartment complex is very quiet , the people are very sweet as well as the front desk, although i haven’t seen anyone as young as me living here, eveyrone shows respect. i like how the apartment throws little get togethers for people to meet one another.

There's so many positives living here! (1) Transit is just by the property (2) Walking trails are all near (3)Valet trash every day(except major holidays) (4) Walmart,Target,Sam's club,Kohls very close, (5) Toll road near I really enjoy living here @ The Michael so come over and lease a apartment and enjoy!

Easy move-in. Quiet and active community. The office does events to help keep people engaged within the apartments. Maintenance has been very helpful at fixing problems in a timely manner and it’s been nothing major, just small things to fix. Only thing I would is a better scrubbing of some food stairs in stairwells but that’s just cosmetic.

Wonderful management of a beautiful apartment complex. The team is constantly doing events, making improvements and upgrades. Sometimes it might take a bit for facility improvements such as the gym equipment or grills but its understandable. Whenever I need maintenance for anything, they respond with 24 or less. Not much more you can ask for. My only complaint is that my packages keep getting stolen but that is not the fault of the apartment complex but it's residents.

If you're looking for something that doesn't feel like home or feels like sterile and no personality then don't choose the Michael at presidio if you want a place that is home and warm and beautiful and modern then this is the place to go especially when anything that goes wrong in your place it's fixed really quick so come and live here if you're looking for a place to call your home.

I like being here, it is not always the most quiet but it is as quiet as it gets for apartment living. Very great people who work here and love the style of the apartments.
So far, it’s been a great experience. Low key and easy. Front desk staff has been very helpful with small things that I’ve needed. Big paint project that is near completion and I love the face lift the buildings have gotten!

Living at The Michael at Presidio has been a great experience. The staff and maintenance team are friendly, responsive, and professional—they genuinely care about resident satisfaction. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with high ceilings, quality finishes, and great natural light. We especially appreciate the pet-friendly environment and nearby walking trails—it’s perfect for dog owners. There have been occasional hiccups like valet trash inconsistencies or HVAC issues in the gym, but overall management has been quick to address concerns and make improvements.

My only complaint about The Michael is the gym.. they just redid it, but adress none of the main complaints: The AC/heat is never working, it is freezing during the winter and SO hot and humid in the winter. I really wish they would fix this.

I love this complex. They just repainted. and it looks great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool and gym are amazing. The grounds are meticulous. I love that it is dog friendly with a nice dog park. The location is perfect, near major highways, and great shopping. I’ve lived here since 2023, and I feel safe here.
