The Mia is everything I was looking for in an apartment – and more. From the moment I first toured the property, I was blown away by the attention to detail, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. The amenities are by far the best I have seen in the Austin Area. The grand pool feels like a luxury resort, and the gym is spacious, modern, and spotless, making it a pleasure to work out in and lets not forget to mention the eucalyptus complementary infused towels at the gym! I look forward to waking up and walking myself down with my mug every morning to enjoy the best lattes from the complexes espresso machine while being greeted everyday by the amazing staff. The coffee beans are sourced from a local small business, again highlighting the communities attention to detail. A huge part of why this experience has been so smooth and positive is thanks to Brook, the leasing agent. She went above and beyond to help me find the apartment that perfectly fits my lifestyle. ( Seriously I came to tour this place over three times because I could not find a a community that compares ). My only regret is that I did not sign sooner, putting an end to my apartment hunting stress. Her patience, care, and commitment made me feel truly supported throughout the process — it’s rare to come across someone so genuinely invested in making sure you find your dream home. Brook ensured that my needs were met... and then some ! Now that I’ve moved in, I genuinely look forward to coming home every day. The building feels safe, well-maintained, and peaceful. It’s more than just an apartment — it’s a space where I feel comfortable, secure, and happy. Couldn’t recommend The Mia more!

An apartment complex with a soul! The staff does such a great job maintaining and managing the property as well as getting residents together for well run events. The amenities here are also so cool. The gym is two stories and the pool makes the place feel like a resort. There is also a nice pickleball court and a big screen outside!

Amazing. From the time we stepped foot into the lobby on our first day here the staff has been nothing but amazing. Usually apartment searching is miserable but The Mia felt like a five star resort from the staff to the property. 5 stars all around.

Beautiful modern space with clean lines and colors. A very helpful and happy staff, Brook is our go to, also Kelsey and Angie are always ready to help with any questions we have. Common spaces are kept very clean and grills are scrubbed regularly to look practically out of the box clean. Shout out to Jordi!! A truly attentive team and an asset to The Mia!!

I had the best experience at The MIA! I’ve been living in Austin for 7 years and have seen many apartment complexes, but nothing compares to this one. The staff is truly exceptional. I moved here from the suburbs to enjoy more of a city lifestyle and a stronger sense of community, something that reminds me of home in France as I was started to get homesick and The MIA has exceeded all my expectations.
