So far only been here for a few days, but the people are friendly. The place is really nice and look forward to the warmer season. Melissa is also great! Thank you!

It’s going to be my third year here. Nice place to live. The people in the office are very professional and respectful. Quiet neighborhood. Strategic place to the highways.

I seem to be able to talk to them pretty freely when something has come up or needing something done in the apartment. Pretty simple to communicate with someone in the office at times

Horrible, mold filled place. The company only cares about the money not its residents. Months of complaints about horrible mold and no response from management. Office staff and maintenance are great. They make the apartments look amazing until living there a month and the mold takes over everything.

Great part about the meadow is that this part of the area make u feel like home . Very convenient to near by store and highways . The pool is awesome with lifeguards on duty . Especially for someone theat does not know how to swim . My family enjoys the walk area and for my dog she has her own dog park where she enjoys also.

Perfect location, quiet neighborhood and neighbors. Beautiful scenery around the complex. Dog park is a great amenity. I wish they had a kids play ground

Things so far have been good and maintenance is right there when needed the building I'm in is very quiet could use some more washers and dryers but other than that things are nice

Lovely place, from, the community to the staff. The buildings are well kept, and the environment is amazing. I couldn't recommend this place more!

The staff here is extremely nice and they are super helpful with any situation. They also respond quickly via email. Overall I do enjoy living here.

It’s in a perfect location with a lot of good spots! The apartments are nice and cozy. The only really bad thing is you can hear all the noise from the outside.

Been here over a year and still think it’s the best place I’ve ever lived at. There are a couple of bad eggs here and there but the hospitality from Melissa and the maintenance crew make it worth while

everything was fast and easy to apply. The apartment was reasonable price compared to other places. Staff very friendly and place looked great. Very happy with the decision.

The Meadows is not only affordable and in a super convenient location right off Route 3, but the neighbors and staff have been nothing but friendly and welcoming. The apartment was clean with up to date appliances when I moved in. I have not had to call maintenance much, but when I do they have a quick response time. Family and dog friendly grounds! Definitely would recommend. Sorry I won't be here long enough to utilize the pool!

It's a great family place to reside at. Close to almost everything I need to make life. comfortable for us. The maintenance team is always on site.

I moved to the meadows about three years ago. I knew it was home since the day I toured my apartment. The people and staff are friendly. I feel comfortable and safe in this environment.

My experience with the staff has been great! The front office is very diligent to get requests completed in a timely manner. Maintenance is very quick and thorough in what they do.

From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed by the friendly staff and a warm atmosphere. The amenities here are top-notch, with an amazing gym that has all the equipment I need for my workouts. And let’s not forget the gorgeous swimming pool, which is perfect for relaxing on hot days. But it’s not just the amenities that make this place special. The neighbors are incredible too! Everyone I’ve met so far has been friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. It’s such a refreshing change to be a part of a community where people genuinely care about each other. The location is also a big plus. With convenient access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, everything I need is just a stone’s throw away. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable living environment. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s truly a dream come true, and I’m looking forward to making many wonderful memories here.

New resident here and I love it so far. The apartment is modern, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The neighbors have been friendly and the apartment manager is super helpful and friendly as well. Always clean in the hallways and outside.

I love how it is very quiet. When things are needed they are quick to respond. Very peaceful area. The way they maintain things they are quick to do so.

Life at the Meadows is a life worth living. Fellow residents are super cool and inviting. Like any where not everyone wants to be friends or talk but here it’s different. Every one wants you to have the same great day as they are having. Melissa, Sarah and Peter are the nicest and most caring management staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of having on my side. Thank Meadows for this life.

Just moved in about three months ago. Decent place with nice residents. Lease office is up to task. Haven't had any issues for now. My only issue is the walk score around the apartment is low. Not a place to go for a long walk.

I've been here about 2 years and I love this property. Since I moved in to this property, there was no problem at all. And the huge parking space is the best for this property.

Beautiful place. Haven’t been here long enough to develop friends (48hours) but it’s bound to happen! The staff here are super nice and accommodating. They go out of they’re to make sure you are smiling.

I live on the first floors (only floors with flooring instead of carpeting in the living room); however, the first floor is very cold compared to the third floor. The insulation in our unit is awful - you can feel the cold draft, especially when wind is blowing against the window. My clear vinyl on the window still inflates and deflates as the wind blows/moves, no matter how tight I tried to tape it. It is quiet and peaceful for the most part, unless you have neighbors above you who has very heavy footsteps or kids who live to jump or run. I also don’t like how close each building is to each other and my windows are next to the door entrance so I can hear anyone who talks outside next to the entrance. I also hate the gloss finish on our walls, the command strips barely hold on due to the texture of the walls. But upkeep in maintenance is good and the snow cleaning is great. I don’t mind it and would recommend for short term stays.

In my building there is a strong smell of marijuana EVERY time I go in and out of the building. AT least one resident is continuously smoking this stuff! It is a very unpleasant smell on the corridor. In addition, it is sad that this person or persons fry their brains continuously like that!

Office staff is friendly, apartment itself is very nice/about the going price for a two-bedroom in this area, and plenty of on-site parking which is great. Have also been very happy with the snow removal so far!

It's a pretty good place to live . Just little things with the neighbors like not changing over the laundry for over an hour, neighbors being loud , rude- the cops are consistently called here for various complaints , people parking in handicapped spots when they are not , people abandoning cars and taking up spots, people not picking up after their dogs . The staff is great and the apartments themselves are decent , it's just the neighbors and some of them are just terrible .

I would definitely recommend this apartment community to my family and friends. The office staff and maintenance crews are great and the community is very nice. All of the common facilities are clean, especially the laundry room. This city seems to be very safe and I have never felt uncomfortable once while living in this apartment community.

My friend already live at this community and I love how quiet it is everytime I have visited her. I can?t wait to move in.

The staff is helpful and friendly, the lease and the expenditure process is clear and concise, the tenants are also respectful of their neighbors. The gym is a big plus for me.

The office staff and maintenance staff at the meadows are exceptional, but I have no other reason to recommend this apartment community. Apartment finishes for "renovated" apartments are extraordinarily cheap. I would expect much better from Lincoln.

I would recommend a person to rent here because of how wonderful the office is to people. Your newest person, Randy is wonderful, not to say that Craig isn't wonderful because he is. You have a top-notch maintenance department. They are just so great to deal with. They are very wonderful guys.

Both me and my wife like it here and appreciate all the amenities. The staff is very responsive and professional. About the only derogatory remark we have is the laundry facilities don't work that well..but understand this machinery is being upgraded.

I moved here in 1999 and I would not be here if I wasn't completely satisfied with my apartment and happy with the Office and the maintenance people. They are always pleasant whenever I call them.

One bedroom is too expensive. I moved out of the city thinking the rent would be lower and affordable. it is the opposite....

I have been in The Meadows a long time I have never had any problems with the staff. The place is clean, well kept and the service is great and quick.

I would recommend others to the Apartment but one thing that I wold recommend the apartment because there is no dish washer. You can not pay lot of money with out dish washer.

I have lived here since August of 1999. If I wasn't happy, I would have left a long time ago.

I would recommend because they're beautiful apartments. I love the design. I just think the price is a little too high but I would recommend friends.

The only hesitation I would have in recommending this facility is that it allows smoking.
