They false advertised on the virtual tour displaying wood floors. However when we moved in the whole apartment is carpet. Also the apt was suppose to be ready by sept 1 but they kept pushing the date back which left us homeless. They pushed our date back to October 30. Very unprofessional and misleading.

We would like to apologize for any miscommunication, unfortunately we do not have video tours of each and every apartment within our community. But we aim to be as clear and transparent as possible with all prospective residents, especially during these difficult times. We work hard on maintaining our reputation and providing residents with the best living experience we can. In doing so, our leasing consultant notified you that this specific apartment did not have wood/plank flooring. She also offered 3 different walk-thru appointments which you did not attend before moving into the apartment. You were also notified that your desired September 1st move-in date was not possible and our earliest occupancy for the apartment was October 30th. We’d value the chance to have a further conversation about your concerns and where this disconnect happened. Please feel free to call the leasing office at your earliest convenience.
Glad we moved here staff are friendly and go above and beyond. The grounds are always kept super clean I see the maintenance staff walking property every morning looking for trash

I recently moved in apartment are beautiful, it was immaculate when I moved in. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure the move in process is smooth. Very quiet neighborhood. Would recommend this place to anyone!

This is a Beautiful place to live for me. Coming from the urban streets of NYC I always wanted to live in a nice type of area around trees and less noise. I live near the major highways, great resturants, and shopping is convenient. I would not want to move from this area anytime soon.
