Resting in the San Bernardino Valley, about five miles southwest of Downtown Riverside, La Sierra is a charming neighborhood with its own flavor. La Sierra has several small schools and parks, while multiple beaches are about an hour’s drive away. The neighborhood is home to La Sierra University, creating the vibrant atmosphere of a university town with an abundance of restaurants and shops. Many locals flock to Galleria at Tyler (which has over 180 stores, restaurants, and a movie theater) but La Sierra is also home to an ice-skating rink and a waterpark. The neighborhood is also convenient to California Baptist University and the University of California, Riverside. Residents enjoy a variety of housing options ranging from rows of bungalows to apartment complexes. There are rentals for every budget, but there many options that are much cheaper compared to other Riverside neighborhoods.

Property Ratings at The Meadows
These people appear to be the picture perfect apartment complex. It is not. They do not fix things in a timely manner, the paint of dirt each time they get a new tenant (so awful paint job making the kitchen very sticky). There is no parking if you have more than one car. If you are a woman it is not a safe neighborhood to have to park your car almost a half mile away. When we needed to leave they told us they were going to keep most of our deposit. We never had guests, no pets, and left the place in wonderful if not better condition than it was given to us. Would not prove how they spent our money. Continue to avoid our calls. This place is a scam. Find another apartment complex
These apartments are literally walking distance to target and the mall. Everything is so convenient. The freeway is such easy access. I am go to school at La Sierra University and it is very close. Parking is an issue since all three of us have cars but they do have garages available for rent. Ashley is very nice and helpful. We are very happy with the location and our apartment.
The Meadows is in a very great location. I can walk to the target, panera, and the mall in five minuted you do not even need to drive. It looks like they are getting ready to paint the property which will make it look more beautiful then it already is. They maintain the grounds very clean and the grass is always well kept. They have maintenance living onsite so if you have any issues they take care of it right away. Ashley in the office is very nice and professional. This is overall a great place to live in the only down side is the parking.
These apartments are in a very great location. They maintain the grounds very good. They have a landscaper onsite everyday. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The two ladies in the office are very sweet and professional. The parking is not the greatest but you can't beat the location.
