I chose the McKenzie Apartments because of it's location and the way the grounds are kept up. The office staff is very helpful and I rarely hear noise from another apartment.
The McKenzie is a millennial paradise. Open floor plan / community is beautiful. Dogs are welcome, amenities are fantastic! Very happy with my first month here.
Repented talking with representatives . Found clean and inviting surroundings with comfortable seats and cushions to relax and enjoy the day while filling out my application online and was well cared for there.

The McKenzie so far is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. The floor plans are spacious, the amenities are unmatched, and the staff are incredibly helpful. They are also very concerned about resident safety which is important to me. The location is ideal, you’re across the street from a Winco, coffee shops, and basically anywhere you need to run errands. I can’t recommend it here enough.

The recent water leakage from apartment next door has been very stressful. Couldn't use my handicap shower. Ants increased in both bathrooms! Leak repairs were not done very well. There are many spots that are not glued very well -- great place for ants to crawl into walls, hide and use for places to hide and coming running out in groups.

Great staff, responsive and kind. Good privacy and nice modern accommodations, pet friendly—may be the best in town for that? Location and view somewhat depressing depending on the apt. Mine looks out at the back of Winco etc but such is this part of the city. Tiny spaces can be cramped despite the price. Built for a younger crew but older people do live here. Very corporate this way but there are nice systematic and reliable and efficient things with a corporate situation as well as these types of drawbacks. It’s worked pretty well for me so far but will eventually move for a better long term value for the price. Convenience and quick wins are expensive. I should be investing in a house if I had the time for this pursuit.

We love living at The McKenzie. The apartment is really nice and is in the perfect location on the property. The staff are great and respond very quick to any concerns. The amenities are great, we use the fitness center and hot tub daily. We also love having restaurants and Winco right across the street from us.

We really enjoy seeing the fall colors now in full view. We really live in a caring community. We all like greeting and hearing each other's History. Our community at The Mckenzie is very nice. Residents are friendly. I am enjoying meeting them when I am out and about. I love to see the dogs behaving and on a leash. Our grounds are kept well and clean sidewalks. Our staff are friendly and helpful. The leaves are starting to have their fall colors. The pool has good use. The workout room has the usual tools for body fitness. The staff are always helpful.

I enjoyed our visitors at the center. They had Ice cream. I like Ice cream. It was Umpqua Vanilla. They were offering a drawing for a few dollars. I don't care about the money as much as I really care about the Ice cream. Thank you for the ICE CREAM!

The McKenzie has really everything you would want. It is very clean in all aspects; convenient location for groceries, pet services, restaurants. It is normally very quiet, the pool and outdoor spa are lovely, the gym is clean and updated; the basketball court is great for visiting grandkids. I am happy here.

Living at the McKenzie has completely changed my expectations for what apartment living is supposed to be like! The community is kind and considerate. The living space is clean, bright, and has pretty high ceilings. The amenities here are wonderful, i especially appreciate free guest parking and the half court basketball.

The McKenzie at Crescent Village stands out above most others. Coming from out of state, I relied heavily on my Leasing specialist to communicate with me and get me information quickly and in great detail. Chris went the extra mile to give me a zoom tour and follow up with additional things I wanted and needed to know to make my decision. He took additional time to tour a family member on my behalf. Chris was thorough, attentive, & professional. He was skilled in communicating in a courteous, fun and upbeat manner. Chris spoke highly of members of management, Dallas and Afton. He let me know he enjoyed working with them and how he had seen firsthand how they strive to provide residents with an enjoyable living experience. Chris made me feel like I was a top priority even when he had other residents and potential residents he was assisting. After searching many other locations and communities, The McKenzie was my top choice. I am extremely happy with my choice to live here.

Great apartment. It's been over a 100 degrees the last couple days and we have not had to run our AC because our apartment is so well insulated. We love how close we are to pubs and Winco. We love the amenities, fitness center, pool and hot tub and tend to use them daily. Out fellow neighbors are all very nice and friendly. We highly recommend The McKenzie.

Absolutely love living here! Professional staff, quiet neighbors, lovely pool and spa we've been making MUCH use of, and I love how large our living room is, which for four adults living in a two bedroom, it's a miracle it doesn't feel crowded in the main living area! Love living in newer apartments!

I really enjoying my stay at the McKenzie apartment! Having amenities like a swimming pool, spa, gym, and lounge area nearby make it very convenient and comfortable stay and to entertain guests. Plus, being close to grocery stores and shopping areas is always a bonus. It's great that the apartment area is clean and well-kept too

Living at The McKenzie has turned out to be a great decision. Not only is the apartment space well designed and classy, the other community amenities have great value. If anything needs repair, the maintenance staff is on it right away.
