Property Ratings at The Mayfair Apartment Homes
I don’t know where to even begin. When we first moved in back in 2023 we had a good experience everything went smoothly had some minor issues with our dryer and took some time to fix and get a new one but ultimately our problem was fixed. We then had moved to the townhomes something a little bigger than we originally had and that’s when we started noticing things. First thing we noticed was the tubs had lots of rust in it we asked about it and never got fixed ultimately we gave up and tried to cover it the best we could. We also noticed how badly the paint job was in the master bedroom as if they were covering something up. Later on we saw that mold was starting to create towards the ceiling and all over the bottom. Paint would chip from the shower floor. Then as few months went by then things got worse. Our kitchen ceiling started flooding and this happened twice through the first year we were in that apartment. The maintenance guys did come and fix it but it just seemed they covered it quickly or didn’t do it right because the problem happened again. We then started noticing mice droppings. We never in a million years thought this was something we were going to be dealing with, we called maintenance and they came just put mice traps and that was it. Their pest control guys I feel like didn’t do much. They would just spray in the kitchen be there for maybe a minute and then leave. As time went by it got worse and worse, we started seeing them running across the kitchen.We were in our last months of leaving and moving so thankfully we were leaving soon but it literally got so bad that one night we were sleeping and I opened my eyes to seeing a mice on top of my head board !!! I never felt like we mattered to them. It seemed like they cared more about their events and putting effort into their new apartments than the ones they already had. Within a couple weeks we were gone thankfully.Also good luck getting your deposit back because we just fought getting ours back after 4 months ! Come to find out the manager never put a request to get our deposit back ! She had been lying to us saying about a “new policy” when non of her workers ever heard of a “new policy”. She’s been nothing but a nightmare am so glad am gone because that was the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex ! I had to investigate to find a number from the O’Brien group so that they could help me with this matter ! They were no help at all please don’t waste your time !
Bryson was such a gem to work with. He was with me from beginning to end until I found my new home. So very grateful for my beautiful new home!!
The apartments are very spacious. The pool is always open and the fitness center is never packed. I love it here. Whenever I have a issue the staff makes sure to get it resolved quickly with ease.

STAY AWAY... long but WORTH THE READ!!!! Krystle was very nice at the BEGINNING process... however that quickly changed. We were VERBALLY PROMISED the Bruno but ended up getting the older apt that wasn’t renovated. (1st problem). We moved here from out of state and every time I talked to Krystle, she did not remember, and so would try to tell me to move in that day, KNOWING for the 82628th time we were OUT OF STATE. Felt like we were just another number to add on to her commission (2nd problem). We had to wait OVER A WEEK to get our mail key. ALL the other places I ever rented from, the staff were on top of things for the day of move-in. I had to call and remind this office a few days in a row (3rd problem). After we signed our name on the lease, Krystle completely changed her demeanor with me. For example: I went to the front to ask about a package to see if it was in the office and her questioning me about not looking (front,back,side of my apt) was in a rude tone, like she didn’t have time for me ( it was about 4:30 pm). (4th problem). The “amenities” listed online are a JOKE. THEIR ARE CURRENTLY NO AMENITIES available to residents. No pool to swim in, no business office to do your business, no fitness center to workout. Their website is MISLEADING to future tenants 110%. This drives me crazy because EVERYTHING we liked about this place while searching, we did not get to get... even though we were PROMISED BY KRYSTLE that we would get the “Bruno” Newly -renovated apt, HA, YEA RIGHT. (5th problem). The last and worst thing in our opinion are the LOUD, pot smoking, apparently nocturnal, inconsiderate neighbors. I have sent in multiple (3 online and 1 phone call) noise complaints thus far and I’m sure it will not be our last. (6th problem).
I was searching for months for a spacious, safe, affordable and clean community for me and my son and that’s exactly what I found at The Mayfair Apartment Homes. I would like to shout out Krystal and Tiffany for being so polite, kind, and informative. As I was waiting for the apartment to be available Krystal was quick to attend to any questions that arise. The office staff overall was extremely accommodating and friendly also. The Phase ll Homes are brand new and stunning on the inside. The location is great. I’m so happy to call this place home! It could not be better located ...a lot of shopping, restaurants,and schools are nearby .It offers amenities that most communities did not. This is a beautiful neighborhood and I’m extremely excited about the splash park and new pool coming soon!
If you are looking for a great place to live this is the one. KRYSTAL is so awesome. She is very knowledgeable of this property. She will answer all of you questions and get you what you need. I was nervous in the beginning about finding a new home. (I am sure I am not the only person that feels this way.) Krystal made this process so easy and less stressful. She definitely love her job! She deserves a BONUS!
My Leasing Consultant name was KRYSTAL! She was phenomenal. She took her time with us from the time we walked through the door. She offered refreshments and answered every single question. We were looking for a 3 bedroom and needed it pretty swift. She made this process extremely easy. With being in the military I did not have much time during the day, but she had us APPROVED in 20 minutes. On move in day the apartments was great! Everything spotless. Krystal helped us to get everything up and running and now I am a proud resident of THE MAYFAIR APARTMENT HOMES. I would definitely refer others.
My experience was great from the time I walked through the door. As a first time renter, Krystal made everything easy and stress free. I was able to move into my new home in 3 days. I am active duty. The Mayfair offer lots of discounted rates to Active Duty Military. If you are looking for a new home, Krystal is the person to assist you!
Krystal is so professional. She answered every question I asked. This property is fabulous. The town homes have lots of space and they are newly renovated. I love that they accept pets. Also the homes includes appliances and a washer and dryer. I look forward to my new home at The Mayfair.
The apartments are the size of a house. They are beautiful and spacious. The pool is still under construction, but is coming soon. I was happy to know The Mayfair is apart of Military Housing. Krystal was my Leasing agent and she was great. The process was easy and I was moved in the same week. Great Choice!
My experience was great. I was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. The agents are fabulous. They offered me refreshments, took me to multiple tours, and made sure I was has happy with the apartment that fit my family size. They kept me posted on my move in date and always informed me to contact the office with any questions are concerns. The complex is clean and quiet. My home is spacious with lots of storage, and it comes with a washer and dryer. I am happy with my new home. Tiffany and Krystal is the BEST!
They say they give new upgrades and new applicances. Well that's a lie. Then they told me one apartment and it has mold 4263. The leasing agent told then another apt 4214 which was renovated by the last owner contract company infinity and the apt was the best one back there. She said a staff member was moving in their but changed their mind. So I agreed, then she called me the next day and someone put a deposit on it already. I'm like how when I just talked to you yesterday. Well come to find out that she's moving in their. This company rather their employee move in a decent renovated apartment for free instead of a resident moving in their paying full rent. They lie about newly renovated. It's all used, damaged, and spray painted appliances. They said they wanted to accommodate by sending me to a half completed apartment or a smaller one. Wow so professional.
