After being a resident at The Marshall apartments for the past 3 years, there are so many great things to rave about. Recently the whole clubhouse and office area were remodeled. As a student I love this because there us an abundance of sitting space for studying. They also have a computer lab that is available for residents to use 24/7. The whole ambience of the space is warm and inviting. I would recommend this propety!

The staff here is great and super helpful! Libby gave us a tour and the property was so nice, really love the amenities, especially the big private courtyards.

I have spent the last 2 years living in one of the 2 floor Townhomes and it has been a great experience. If there is ever any issues, Libby and another CA (cannot remember their name off the top of my head) have went above and beyond to assist.

I have lived at the Marshall for the past two years and it has been a great experience! I feel safe at all times and the staff here is very helpful and always kind to people that come in. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else

The newly updated clubhouse is super nice and has a ton of seating. Also, the apartments have a lot of space and have nice updated appliances. Overall, the staff and building as a whole are super nice!

I currently live at the Marshall and I love it. They just did a bunch of renovations and overall it looks super nice. There are tons of spots in the clubhouse to hangout and study.

The Marshall is a reliable choice for apartment living. The management team is responsive to residents' needs, and the building is well-maintained. While there may be occasional noise from neighboring units, it's generally a quiet and peaceful place to live. The convenience of the location and the overall reliability of the amenities make it a solid five-star choice.

I have lived here for 2 years and love it! It is super close to the UMN campus, restaurants and other activities. The renovations the property just did are also very nice. There are great study spaces and courtyards as well. I recommend living here if you are looking for housing around Dinkytown!

I love living at The Marshall. it is close to campus and there is a lot of restuarants to choose from. you can't go wrong with Target attached to my building. I have renewed for next lease term.

I moved in this year and love it! The new clubhouse renovation is looks amazing, and the staff is great and super helpful. My roommates and I have renewed for next year.

The company has intentionally delayed the payment of security deposits from its 2022/23 residents for months. Not only did they openly admit they over-charged me in "damage" fees after my move-out, but they still have not returned my security deposit (which they told me I would be receiving). It is now three months of no news, no money, and no response to my requests for answers. IF YOU ARE A PARENT: do not have your child live here, they will nickel and dime you to death

I love living at the Marshall because it provides amazing amenities and is such a fun environment. I have a dog, and the Marshall has 3 courtyards to go to to let her out and have the opportunity to play with other dogs as well. They are always running some sort of giveaway or promotion to make myself and the other residents feel welcome and included and I am happy to renew my lease for the next school year! The marshall also has great security and they make me feel very safe. I’m excited to see the upcoming renovations that will make it an even better place to live!!!

The walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in every other room in the apartment. They nickle and dime you for every little thing. I paid the dog deposit and was told it was for "cleaning" once we moved out and then proceeded to be charged another $50 after moving for them to "clean" the bathroom that my roommate and I cleaned thoroughly before moving out. They also left a pile of foaming urine/puke in the stairwell for 3-4 months and never got it professionally cleaned.

Do not live here. Disgustingly expensive for the low quality of literally every part of the building/facility/management/amenities/your unit/location. Seriously, do not live here. I read bad reviews from other people before living here and brushed them off because I thought some people are just crabby, but this place is the worst apartment complex in Dinkytown.

5 minues walk to the university. New and clean apartment. Love the townhouse roomtype. But too many parties and might be too noisy especially at weekends

Overall it is a nice place to live. There is every amenity you could need and it's fully furnished which is nice. The biggest problem I've seen has to do with management, they hand out $50-$500 fines for EVERYTHING and that they don't do a very good job keeping the halls and main areas clean. But It is one of the better apartments for the price in dinkytown. I would recommend living her if you're looking for a college apartment.

The Marshall is a beautiful and new apartment in Minneapolis. It is at a wonderful location, right in the heart of Dinkytown and just a few blocks away from the University of Minnesota east bank campus. There is a target express underneath the apartment building and is just feet away from multiple restaurants. It has both underground and surface parking as well as a indoor pool. There is also a wonderful courtyard with grills. All rooms come with their own full bathroom. Town home style room are available, with bedrooms upstairs and common area downstairs.

The Marshall has a lot of things going for it such as a workout facility, a pool, great outdoor courtyards with free grills, and finally really friendly staff. Although, when the building was built I think the decision was made to use thinner sheetrock on the walls because you can hear almost everything throughout your unit. I even sometimes here people going through the halls. It is a beautiful building and has great views of downtown, I just wish it was a little more sound-proof.

I lived here my senior year of college and it was alright. The main issues with the place are that it can get very noisy over the weekends. Also, it feels as though management will try to charge you in every way that they can, which can be frustrating. I think management should chill when it comes to fines and not hand them out before digging in to the situation. Overall, it's a nice place.
