The Lake Boone Trail neighborhood extends from Edwards Mill Road and follows Lake Boone Trail west to the Carolina Country Club. The neighborhood includes Rex Hospital and the North Carolina Museum of Art. Located minutes north of North Carolina State University, Lake Boone Trail is convenient to the PNC Arena, Cater-Finley Stadium, Meredith College, and Crabtree Valley Mall.
Lake Boone Trail is lined with shops and restaurants, especially to the west of I-440. Guasaca-Arepa & Salsa Grill is a neighborhood favorite, along with Village Deli and Grill. The Marlowe Apartment homes are beautiful properties and a happy place to call home! They are conveniently located to the Greenway and 440! So many eateries and activities surround us as well as a lovely club house, gym and pool! We planned this move as our "forever home" and indeed it will be! Do not lease here. The construction is flawed and allows smoke/drug fumes to propagate very easily between units. Management does not enforce the lease terms with respect to drug use and smoking. However if you're looking for a place to stay that won't enforce those terms, I guess the Marlowe Lake Boone will be a good fit for you.

We moved in about 2 weeks ago and absolutely love our home and community! The neighbors we have met so far have been nice, apartment is awesome, and great amenities onsite. Caitlin and Nikkia are amazing and have helped us promptly with anything we have needed. We had a few minor maintenance items at move in that were fully completed within 48 hours of our requests. 10/10!

Work from home? Don't come here. You want peace and quiet during reasonable hours? Don't come here. Make a complaint, they'll tell you to work from their business center. Ok, we pay 2 grand to live and work here...I'm supposed to go to your business center to work? Yea right. Neighbor noise? Don't even bother making a complaint, they'll ignore you even with proof. Love how there is a clause in our rental agreements about peaceful living...no such thing.

I moved to Raleigh recently for the first time and I was not able to tour any apartments due to a snow storm, I took my chance with leasing with Marlowe due to the gym and greenery. I am so lucky that I did! My apartment is beautiful, has a spacious closet, nice balcony, I feel safe, and of course the gym and the Greenway is a huge plus! The staff is also very friendly and responsive to any needs or comments. Since they added more chairs at the pool, I am also loving soaking up the sun!

The Marlowe Lake Boone apartments are very nice and open. The employees are very kind and helpful. The location is a huge plus. The gym is very nice as well and I love being near the Greenway for some outdoor time.

I've enjoyed my residence at The Marlowe apartments for two years. The apt. buildings are clean and well managed/maintained. The location is superb and located close to I-40 West and the RDU Airport, as well as easy access to the I-440 beltline circling Raleigh. In addition, The Marlowe is located next to the Raleigh Greenway system offering miles of cycling, running or walking.

The Marlowe has been my best decision in apartment living yet! I love that its so close to downtown and north hills but doesnt feel super urban with all of the trees and greenway right there. Have been so impressed with the staff, maintenance team, and amenities plan to stay here for a long time!

Its very good Community to live in. Close to many convenience services and close enough to downtown Raleigh. The staff is very professional and respond very promptly. The amenities are always clean. Apartments are well maintained and rents are fairly competitive, Great maintenance team and office personnel are available and are always taking the initiative to engage the community. Food trucks visiting the community is an extra bonus.

The Marlowe Lake Boone is a wonderful living community that gives for a quiet and private living experience. Management has always been quick to respond to my concerns and done so in a friendly manner. I recommend the Marlowe to all my friends and though it may be a bit pricey for their tastes I assure them it is worth it.

Spacious and well thought out floor plans. Great location, making all of Raleigh very easily accessible. However, management is poor and property is not well maintained. Bugs galore, grass usually needs to be cut and the “valet” trash service is extremely limited. In addition, the organization and reopening of amenities has fallen short in comparison to most other complexes. Would not recommend.

Caroline Y., thank you for providing great feedback on our location and floor plans. However, it is disappointing for us to hear that your overall experience was anything less than great. We would like an opportunity to address your specifi c concerns surrounding pest services, landscaping, Valet Trash services and amenities. Our pest control services are available on a weekly basis, please contact the office and we can add you to the schedule. Additionally, exterior buildings are treated on a weekly rotation. We?d like to gain additional feedback on your specific landscaping concerns as our landscaping crew is onsite weekly. Valet Trash services are available Sunday-Thursday evenings. Residents were notified of the temporary adjusted schedule to accommodate and adhere to The City of Raleigh curfew. Our open amenity spaces include the pet park, grilling areas and our pool. As we moved into phase two, additional planning was necessary to re-open the pool with the new restrictions and requirements. Our community has a pool attendant and residents are required to make a reservation for the pool area in advance.
