The price point is great. In less than 10 minutes I can be up or down I-25 or Sante Fe. And despite the proximity to Hampden it still stays quiet.

Hands-down the greatest property, staff are amazing(Jacob is the best!!), and the apartments offer competitive pricing . Leasing office has a workout facility and the entire area around is easy to navigate. The Marks are ahead of the curve!!

Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner. Branden has helped me a couple times and called out a plumber for me, with which I have had no issues. Demarco is also always a great help to me!

I've been here for two years and plan to stay longer. Neighbors are polite and keep to themselves. Maintenance is consistent and responsive. Especially Brandon and Frankie. Leasing office are super friendly and helpful. Had a couple issues living here and Demarco and Jacob always took very good care of me every time. Definitely recommend the gym, saves me a membership and everyone who works out is friendly and happy to make suggestions on form and diet. Club houses as great spaces to study or host, plus the pools in summer are kept clean and BBQs are wonderful too.

- Car’s gotten stolen twice (management does nothing to improve it) - Management never informed Xcel Energy I was a resident & I received vacant fees totaling up to 300 monthly - Water pressure is weak & smells like hose water - Kills squirrels in the most inhumane way, half dead squirrels are left on the property to suffer (can’t be safe for dogs) - When I moved in there was a ring of brown stains under the toilet & in the shower. Impossible to scrub off. - buildings near Hampden constantly hear sirens/loud cars - bathroom fan sounded like it was about to explode. - occasional fly gets in, & when they do, they are giant I wish I was exaggerating.

Walls and ceilings/floors are VERY thin. Overpriced for the space and appliances you're getting. Management isn't very good about responding to noise complaints. My upstairs neighbors dogs was peeing on their patio, and management's still hasn't done anything about it, despite sending several emails about it. The app used for rent/notifications/communication is VERY user-UNfriendly. Hope you like 3 accounts just to pay rent and see your lease documents. Seriously, go back to the old website, the app sucks.

Caution: any promises having to do with a non smoking community are false. You’ll get the usual sweet talk and treated excellently through your first month of living here and then they’ll move on to the next sale. The maintenance crew does a good job, but make sure you’re around when they come to fix something up.

The Marks is an incredibly friendly, and welcoming community. From the moment I came in for my tour, Faith was beyond kind and explained everything so well. I ended up signing after my tour! Loving my unit and overall neighborhood feel of the complex. It is also nice they have two clubhouses, of which are impeccably updated and designed. Highly recommend this community, ever since its redo, they have been scoring in all the right ways that ensure I am in a safe, and peaceful community.

The Marks has been an amazing living arrangement since the day I moved in! The environment is so peaceful accompanied by a beautiful living space. The amenities included at the marks; multiple clubhouses, pools/hot tubs, gym, paw spa, ski simulator and more, are such a luxury to have! This is definitely the place to be! :)

Within two hours of my initial call, my issue was completely resolved, despite it being quite a mess. We were sold on this apartment primarily because of the leasing staff and the layout of the apartment unit itself. Faith in particular made us feel very peaceful, confident, and comfortable in our decision to live here. She went out of her way to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and were completely satisfied. She has been very accommodating and patient with all of our questions and concerns. She is such a joy and pleasant person to talk with. The apartment itself is incredibly cozy and exactly what we were looking for. It’s so spacious yet super cozy. We feel right at home!

The experience was amazing I really appreciate faith. She was awesome welcoming and Very kind Ultimately this is the reason why we chose this facility. After being here for a bit there are some concerns of cleanliness in the entry ways. And some daily maintenance outside of that this is been a great experience so far. I do recommend the marks for anybody looking for Convenient place to rent.

The Marks have been great! There have been some unfortunate events in my apartment, but with how timely maintenance is, I know I am in good hands. Their communication is great and they solve the problem fast—good job to the Marks and their maintenance team.

As a resident of The Marks for 4 years now, I have been able to really get to know all of the leasing staff and the maintenance staff and they are all great. They always make me feel welcome and personally greet me whenever possible. Shout out to Adelina, Faith, Jacob, Lucas, and Brittany on the leasing team and Branden, Phil (who doesn't work at this property anymore but he has always done great work whenever he came out to my apartment), Carlos, Sam, Greg, Ray, and Frankie on the maintenance team. I love the community events they put on periodically as I have actually been able to meet some neighbors that way and they were fun! The amenities here are so amazing all of them but my personal favorite is the 24/7/365 access to the coffee machine! The fitness center is amazing and I really love the B side clubhouse and go work from there sometimes to get out of the apartment. The pools are amazing and I really love the outdoor furniture and the gas grills that we have access to. The renovations that were done are so lovely compared to what was there before. Really nice community spaces.

DO NOT LIVE HERE OR ANY OTHER GREYSTAR COMMUNITY!!!!! These people are so unprofessional and unethical. I almost never write bad reviews as I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, and figure they are having an off day. But I have been dealing with this company for months now trying to resolve a billing issue that they over charged me nearly $2,000 on. The staff tells me one thing, then they go and do something completely different. My final call was with the billing management for all the Greystar communities and she just told me “sorry, we are not going to fix our mistake, it you want you can find a lawyer and sue us.” They are clearly used to and comfortable with taking your money and doing bad business knowing they will get away with it. Just stay away, I promise the cute decore in the lobby and pool house are not worth it!

I really love the location here. The neighborhood is quiet. Residents are friendly or keep to themselves. Lots of natural light. The gym amenity is great too!

I met with faith when touring the marks. Her energy and positivity is half of what made me want to sign with the marks! Staff has been amazing this far. I am excited to start living in my first one bed apartment in this community!

Our apartment boasted plenty of windows, an updated layout, and a nice community vibe with large trees and generally peaceful surroundings. Unfortunately, the amenities and staff didn't live up to expectations. The pool(s) were always randomly closed, and the hot tubs even more frequently. The B side pool and hot tub were... pretty gross. Old infrastructure aside, the staff were the most incompetent, unresponsive property managers my Husband or I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Rather than echoing the other reviews from folks who shared similar experiences (It is all true folks - Beginning with poor communication when trying to sign a lease all the way to them still billing us for things even after we've paid our final bill and moved out), I will share a story that is funny, but also completely inappropriate. I reached out to management asking if I could book one of the clubhouses for my sister's birthday so a small group of family (including kids) could get together and celebrate. They responded saying "no need to book, you can go ahead and just use it". Great. On the day of the party, we were enjoying ourselves eating cake and opening presents when Caley, one of the property management staff, came through the clubhouse. She noticed that someone had propped a door open and interrupted our group to tell us that was not allowed. We apologized, but before we could correct the problem she gestured at our group rudely and said "we're done here, you need to leave". I asked if the clubhouse was closing, and she said no. So I asked if she was kicking us out, and she just stared for a minute and then said, "You can't prop the doors open". I said "yes, we understand" as I proceeded to remove the item holding the door open. She reprimanded me once more, saying not to do it again, and left. I don't even know who actually propped it open. I get rules. I appreciate a polite learning opportunity. The way this situation was handled was extremely inappropriate and left us all very uncomfortable. I wrote the management team to make them aware of the incident and never heard back. This occurrence about sums up our entire experience dealing with The Marks staff. You can live in nicer apartments in working communities with more competent staff for the same amount or less than The Marks. Save yourself the headaches.

I've been a resident for a year. Office staff are always very kind and thoughtful. Most of the staff live on property so issues are resolved pretty quickly. Especially maintenance concerns, the team members are literally your neighbor. They all seem to care about what they do and are always friendly and thorough. Moving in had some challenges and Adelina was very intentful in resolving them. Definitely intend to stay here for a few years. Regular pest maintenance, very good groundskeeping, and the clubhouses are awesome.
