Property Ratings at The Mansions of Prosper
I transferred to Mansions of Prosper from Towers at Bayside which was a W3 sister community. Towers has changed ownership but W3 still owns Mansions of Prosper. It’s a very different build but we love it here. Community of duplexes w dedicated drive and garage and small yard. It’s a fantastic place. Neighbors are the best in the world. And it’s a very clean and quiet community. Amenities are wonderful and staff treat you like family. Apartments are beautiful. If you need anything all you have to do is ask. Some folks talk about prices. Well they are all about the same area wide. I just know it’s worth it for us. Older with disabled bedbound hubby. Close to stores and restaurants for deliveries, Safe for me to get out and walk at night to check mail or parcels posts while hubby resting. Gated entry. In my opinion it’s much safer for children than typical neighborhood. Kids riding bikes or skateboarding down the streets is great to see. Diverse community with families w kids of every age, singles, couples. Pet friendly with folks walking pups and riding bikes and saying hi and stopping to talk.The dog park is great. Anytime I am bringing in anything from our van a couple of neighbors offer to help me if they see me. One guy is young and the other older. We hear about the divisions of cultures and ages in our society but we have seen nothing but love and inclusion in both communities. Valet trash and recycling pick up is great. We recycle a lot so we value this. WiFi is ATT and excellent service. It’s a remarkable community and I love it here. We’ve been with W3 since 6/19 and love the corporation culture and communities.
