The amenities have been wonderful and the front staff are great people. Maintenance has been on top of everything on move-in, and community is quiet and pleasant.

It's been six years I have been here. I always felt like home here. After spending six years here I have very nice social acquittance. My neighbors are very friendly we always has great time

Great! I'd recommend a better shipment receiving system. More community-building activities. And I'd alro recommend the addition of electric car charging stations.

Its been a month here and loved it. It has great amenities. I like getting flat white from the coffee machine at social room. Valet Trash service is top notch. Its super safe here for families too.

Place is kept clean. Maintenance is prompt and very nice. The rent is a bit pricey, but inline for this area. Plenty of parking. Residents seem pleasant and friendly. Most people seem to pick up after there dog.

The house was beautiful with ample parking space, which was a huge plus. The service was top-notch—every maintenance request I submitted was addressed within 24 hours. Really impressed with how responsive and efficient the management was throughout my stay.

Good to live, very professional office staff and maintenance staff. The community is maintaining very cleanly and hygienic. We have two specific gym properties for body fitness and body building to avoid the other issues. The swimming pool also maintaining very clean

Just overall feel like the “luxury living” is misleading marketing. Really wish I viewed/toured the place before hand. Never really just moved in a place before but with the past experiences with greystar I assumed the best, the “luxury living” description is not truly accurate I've lived stateside and abroad in luxury homes and this does not match up. Lesson learned.

I'm still in the early stages of the application process, but all of the staff have been incredibly kind and caring in answering all of my questions. First impressions are so important, but maintaining a quality experience over time speaks volumes. I genuinely feel confident I will enjoy my experience long-term!

We’ve been here for almost 3 years now and the service has been consistent. The staff is attentive to fixing any issues and transparent. Their communication of issues is always great. Maintenance is superb! The buildings are secure and the area is in close proximity to entertainment, dining, and shopping. There is a mini shopping center in front of the complex within walking distance for some great food options.

It's very nice apartment to live in. Pros: indoor parking, clubhouse, courtyard, pool and especially very good service. Cons: Rents are bit expensive

I have been living in "The Manor at Weston" for about 2years, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Clean, quite and peaceful. Especially the staff is very friendly and ready to give there help whenever needed. All the amenities are really great and my personal favorite is the GYM and theater room, can't wait to get into the pool though!!

Awesome! My only problem has been the Packaging Receiving system. It can be frustrating when delivery personnel don’t place packages on the correct shelves, which ends up wasting a lot of time. Aside from this, which has happened a few times, living here has been fantastic!

Its very good apartments to live and enjoy, We have club house for playing snooker/ foosball. And also there is a theatre room to watch movies/ anything.

Absolutely love it here! Quiet community and the property is well taken care of. The amenities are great! I love that there is a movie theater and tons of games in the clubhouse. We've had a few date nights so far in the clubhouse. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that it was a challenge to get ahold of management during the application process.

All and all, the apartment is fine. However, I feel like there is room for improvement. Occasionally, the hallways smell musty or like urine. The parking garage can get a bit dirty sometimes too. I moved in a few months ago, and I saw a roach for the first time last month as well. I was a bit disheartened because I keep a clean home. Overall, I feel like the maintenance of the property can be better. Aside from that, the amenities, like the gym and the clubhouse, are good. I've never actually been to the pool or courtyard, but they look nice. I do have a problem with the business center since the printer is always down, but that's a minor issue in the grand scheme of things.

I moved here in August. I have been absolutely delighted with the quality of life here. The apartments are so lovely and quiet. The staff provides top notch professional support for any issues bringing us a very positive atmosphere. It is clean, and I feel very safe. I love the people here too. I would love if the residents were a bit more social but I have a feeling the springtime will bring that about!

This is an excellent community. All the staffs are very helpful and acting in a timely manner on any issue/concerns raised. I love how the gym equipment are well maintained and neat. Love the apartment.

We've been here for a few months and LOVE the Manor at Weston. Its been a great place for us and our young kids (even our dogs)! From the great staff, to the clean property, to the comfortable apartment–– we love it here. You don't feel like you're living in an apartment when you're home (no noise, etc) and the businesses next door are great to have close by.

We love staying here in manor, we have a play school very near and we have the market centre which has Target, Ross and Tjmax. And the staff is friendly as always

All the residents are so nice and convenience of being so close to everything makes it even better living here. The staff is always amazing. The property and all of the amenities. The Manor at Weston has significantly declined in quality over the past two years. When I first moved in, the complex was well-maintained—hallways were clean, housekeeping was regular, and maintenance was reliable. Unfortunately, these standards have steadily dropped. Roaches, once a rare occurrence, are now frequently spotted, particularly in the hallways, where they sometimes remain dead for weeks. The overall cleanliness has deteriorated, with trash, stains, and even gum on the walls. The trash rooms are in terrible condition, with overwhelming odors that likely contribute to the pest problem. The area around the dumpsters is similarly neglected, with trash scattered on the ground. Maintenance services have become inconsistent. While there have been some recent improvements, there have been multiple instances where requests were marked as "completed" when they clearly weren't. My biggest concern is pest control. Despite paying a monthly fee for this service, I continue to find roaches in shared areas like hallways and the mailroom. Additionally, the amenities provided in the complex are no longer reliable. The parking garage leaks significantly during heavy rain, much more than it did when I first moved in. Printer paper, which was once readily available in the office, now requires a visit to the leasing office to request some. The free coffee amenity has diminished in quality as they no longer provide cups. It feels as though management is no longer paying attention to the state of the complex. If they are, they may want to get their eyes checked. I should not feel obligated to submit maintenance requests for issues outside my apartment; if so, management might as well be paying me.

It was good experience , overall process Is smooth front desk and manage is too supportive. Application process is smooth and straight forward.

've been living in this apartment for a while now, and overall, it's a nice place with good amenities and a friendly community. However, there's one area that really needs improvement: parking safety.

Great tour and application process. Debbie was great in showing us around and the campus is beautiful! The apartments we saw were in great shape and we have decided to rent one of them! We look forward to moving in soon!
