The Manor at Weston

I have lived here for 3years now and it has been a wonderful time. The staff is very responsive and prompt in resolving the issues (if any).

It's good apartment wise and the location. But I could see lot of cockroach in the apartment. Maintaince service is good and parking lot is good.

The process to move in has been easy and pleasant. I'm excited to join the community and get into my new space. Relatively quiet, but close to everything!

Quiet, convenient, fair pricing, nice patios, restaurants right outside , great maintenance , beautiful landscaping , nice big showers with lasting hot water

The overall all experience getting approved and moved in to our apartment was easy. Jalen was very helpful with the process and he answered every question. The amenities are ok but definitely needs some work. While there is only one stick to play pool with which is on its last leg. The foosball table has missing pegs to play. Also there are several bugs that come out at the pool. Overall all experience with staff has been great. The maintenance staff is on every service request in no time and they are very polite.

The staff here at the Manor treats me like family. It’s heartwarming to know tgat I can count on them to address any concerns I may have.

Attentive staff and responsive maintenance team. A paperwork mishap occurred when I was moving in and they escalated the problem to the appropriate manager and fixed it all. Great staff

Secured parking, good neighborhood, friendly staff, great maintenance and quick response to any maintenance issues, pool will always be clean. The best community!!!

Access to grocery stores, hospitals and other essentials. No signs of mold, pests, or water damage. Well maintained building and unit. Secure doors and windows

Manor at Weston has been a wonderful place to live. The property is well-maintained, the amenities are convenient, parking is excellent, and the maintenance team is professional and responsive.

Mr. Mark and Grant are the best part of The Manor at Weston. I recently moved in, and although there were a few minor hiccups, these two guys work the premises with remarkable efficiency. They both strive to make sure that everyone experiences a peaceful and happy living environment. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

i am here since 2019 i am very happy at this location i am a retired person and every thing i need is very convienant also i like the securitiy of hallways.cleanliness of the hallways . ample parking and parking dack. so i can drive my car all the to my floor very important for that i don have to ride elevator with grocerys . i have a one complain though hall way window on trash side need cleaning from out side and stairways and mail boxes area also need to be kept clean. overall i am happy here

Manor at Weston is good apartments to live as we see good security measures taken to enter to building by anyone. Good maintenance and great response for any queries or concerns raised. Overall good place to live in

Apartment is good. It has all the stores near by. Target, walmart and all other us stores. Schools and other community parks are also near by.

I really love the beautifully styled apartment layout and the thoughtful amenities that come with living here. The team in the office, Jaylen, Taylor, and Asata, have all been incredibly welcoming and professional. They truly make you feel at home. I also want to highlight the maintenance team, they’ve been outstanding. When an issue came up during my move-in, they responded quickly and handled everything efficiently. It’s been a great experience all around.

It is ok to live here. I like that there are many places, such as shops and restaurants, nearby. There could be some fixes but overall it is ok.

Friendly Environment, responsive staff, and ideal place to live in. All the amenities are always accessible, clean and well maintained my personal fav is the pool.

It was a bumpy start finding an apartment. After starting to use the amenities noticed furniture and pool table equipment needs to be replaced. Table is very wobbly in front of the couch in the social room and pool cues are broken where you have to share one of them.

I've been a resident at manor at weston, since February. I've had such a great experience so far and I'mvery satisfied with my decision to move here! I have no complaints.

Jailin at the leasing office was very helpful. The space is great, clean, lots of great amenities! Would highly recommend this apt to a lot of people

The one thing I was adament about when looking for apartments in the area were those that were properly maintained and didn't have maintaince horror stories. At The Manor I was relieved that both staff and maintance did their best to accomodate any concerns.

The amenities have been wonderful and the front staff are great people. Maintenance has been on top of everything on move-in, and community is quiet and pleasant.

Great! I'd recommend a better shipment receiving system. More community-building activities. And I'd alro recommend the addition of electric car charging stations.

Its been a month here and loved it. It has great amenities. I like getting flat white from the coffee machine at social room. Valet Trash service is top notch. Its super safe here for families too.

Place is kept clean. Maintenance is prompt and very nice. The rent is a bit pricey, but inline for this area. Plenty of parking. Residents seem pleasant and friendly. Most people seem to pick up after there dog.

The house was beautiful with ample parking space, which was a huge plus. The service was top-notch—every maintenance request I submitted was addressed within 24 hours. Really impressed with how responsive and efficient the management was throughout my stay.

Good to live, very professional office staff and maintenance staff. The community is maintaining very cleanly and hygienic. We have two specific gym properties for body fitness and body building to avoid the other issues. The swimming pool also maintaining very clean

Just overall feel like the “luxury living” is misleading marketing. Really wish I viewed/toured the place before hand. Never really just moved in a place before but with the past experiences with greystar I assumed the best, the “luxury living” description is not truly accurate I've lived stateside and abroad in luxury homes and this does not match up. Lesson learned.

I'm still in the early stages of the application process, but all of the staff have been incredibly kind and caring in answering all of my questions. First impressions are so important, but maintaining a quality experience over time speaks volumes. I genuinely feel confident I will enjoy my experience long-term!

We’ve been here for almost 3 years now and the service has been consistent. The staff is attentive to fixing any issues and transparent. Their communication of issues is always great. Maintenance is superb! The buildings are secure and the area is in close proximity to entertainment, dining, and shopping. There is a mini shopping center in front of the complex within walking distance for some great food options.

It's very nice apartment to live in. Pros: indoor parking, clubhouse, courtyard, pool and especially very good service. Cons: Rents are bit expensive
