Avoid

Loud noises early in the morning or late at night past midnight, 1am, 2am, 3am. Some residents don’t seem to need sleep. There is also constantly cigarette smell (sometimes weed) in my apartment and the whole building which makes me feel sick. Management posted no smoking notices on everyone’s door but that does not fix the problem. Packages constantly getting delivered to wrong addresses because there is no clear sign of the street number. There are too many problems and none has been effectively addressed.
