The Ludlow is overall clean and a safe environment. The staff are very friendly and professional and want to get to know you through efforts. They aim for a highly interactive community however it is very quiet which is a good and bad thing. All of the buildings technology and features are up to date which makes it pretty easy to navigate.

Maintaince issues entry door doesn't work by stairs near my appartment, had washer and dryer issues, fire alarm went off thrice during initial construction at night, high rents not up to date with market, stop selling parking spots
