Located in North Philly, Brewerytown is a historic in-town neighborhood undergoing a modern transformation. Brewerytown was originally named for the more than 20 breweries that operated in the neighborhood during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Today, Brewerytown contains an array of craft breweries and brewpubs in addition to a slew of eclectic eateries, boutique shops, markets, and longstanding businesses on Girard Avenue, the commercial heart of the neighborhood.
Brewerytown’s revitalization has inspired many renovated lofts and luxury apartments available for rent in historic, red-brick buildings. The neighborhood’s accessibility makes it a top choice for many residents, including walkable access to the commercial core as well as the historic streetcar line, which connects Brewerytown to nearby Fishtown.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Lofts at Brewerytown
No amenities. Washer room is ran down and does work properly. Rats and mouses run all over the building. No security at front desk but a mean uselso manager who’s never there and in everybody business. And watches what you purchases. Maintenance never fixes what’s broke and if they do it takes them weeks. Needs better employees and work around entire building
GREAT space GREAT price, GREAT location. one big problem waterbug infestation!! ang maintenance takes forever for repairs. Although staff are nice.
I've been a resident at The Lofts for over a year now. Upside: The apartments are reasonably priced in comparison to nearby apartments, and they're double the size. The high ceilings are beautiful. It's typically quiet, and the residents are cheerful. Downside: Maintenance is always coming into the apartments for one reason or another to the point where I've contacted a lawyer because this practice seems unethical. I constantly feel violated when I come home to a letter in my doorway notifying me of an inspection. I've never experienced anything like it. Also, the upkeep of the building is borderline subpar. The hallways need to be touched up with fresh paint. With all the competition in the neighborhood, you would think the manager would find ways to keep the building attractive. I'm currently looking to move.
Very nice loft style apartment. Acessible to public transportation.
