Situated in the Willamette Valley, Lebanon is a friendly, small town on the Santiam River about 18 miles east of Corvallis. Mountain views and outdoor recreation abound in Lebanon, which sits between the Cascade Mountains and the Coast Range. Numerous parks in addition to Cheadle Lake, McDowell Creek Falls, and the Santiam River offer plenty of space to engage in all kinds of outdoor activities in Lebanon as well.
Home to the only osteopathic medical school in the state, Lebanon has enjoyed new development and growth while maintaining a charming small-town atmosphere. Lebanon’s close-knit community supports local businesses on Main Street, which is teeming with brewing companies, thrift stores, cafes, shops, and restaurants. Annual events such as the Strawberry Festival and the SeaDog Nights and Gypsy Carnival also bring the Lebanon community together. Property Ratings at The Lodges
Zero stars if I could. They don't take care of noise complaints. When I had someone drop down onto my patio from the 2nd floor, they said it couldn't be corroborated. I made so many noise complaints I lost track. The noise never stopped. The walls and ceiling are thin. The "luxury" construction is shoddy, at best. The kind of people they rent to are not great. People who party, have screaming matches, and litter. Luxury apartments? I think not. The pillar outside of my building was falling apart from the time i moved in and was even worse when i moved out. They do crappy maintenance repairs and then charge an arm and leg and your firstborn for "cleaning and repairs" when you move out. If you value any peace and quiet at all, and if you value your money, DO NOT RENT HERE.
