Has been an excellent experience so far! Max was incredible in the entire process and I am very grateful for his kindness, patience and support.
The lodge is a great community with plentiful amount of amenities, and maintenance staff is very helpful. I am in a 1 bd with a den and its a great size with a decent amount of closet space
The Lodge offers an exceptional residential experience. Our residents consistently praise the dedicated staff, comprehensive amenities, complimentary coffee service, and diverse monthly activities. The natural surroundings and convenient location further enhance the sense of community and belonging.
I really enjoy living at The Lodge — it feels cozy, peaceful, and like a real home. I’m honestly very happy here.
Hasn’t been good since day one when someone splatted my vehicle with white paint my first night here and management did nothing when you have cameras in parking lot . Had to be inconvenienced twice they had to make 4 to five holes in my bathroom ceiling and wall for some issue going on in a different apartments. Management is awful and answering service for maintenance calls you always get someone who doesn’t speak English or get the message right. For the amount of money you get for rent things need alot of improvement like I mentioned.
The best place to live in Marlborough. Everything is outstanding! Beautiful amenities, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Niko and Max definitely made my moving experience much easier and less stressful. Pet friendly community.

I’ve been a Lodge resident for about two months and must say it’s the nicest and most comfortable place I’ve ever lived. I’m 60 and live with my 26 year old son and we both enjoy the atmosphere, amenities and people here.

The Lodge is a real gem. After looking at a number of apartment complexes in Marlboro, I was surprised on my initial tour to see so many amenities. I am a freelancer and work remotely, so I love that I can bring my laptop to quiet areas on the first floor after pouring myself a free (and very tasty) french vanilla coffee. A quick trip to the hot tub really helps my back and my son is in the golf simulator room a few times each week. The population is diverse and people are welcoming. I wish I moved here sooner!
I just got here it’s big and beautiful sometimes overwhelming but I myself am not a tech savvy person so a little help goes a long way and provides me with knowledge of the WiFi set up for just an example I have been having problems with getting my ac on the app to change or just shut off the air conditioning or turn it on
Welcoming environment with incredible amenities. The staff made it incredibly easy to feel at home immediately following move in.
