Beautiful community in a developing area of Oconomowoc. Perfect place to have a first home out of college. Not too far from downtown and has easy access to the highway.
Amazing views all year long, kind neighbors, club house always very nice; during summer we enjoy the pool area so much and grill area almost all year long
I loved my time at Locklyn. It is a great and safe community. Any time I have needed assistance, they are quick to respond. They have a great management team.

The community is well-maintained, the best part is the maintenance crew—they are incredibly responsive and always go above and beyond to ensure everything is in perfect working order. Any time I’ve submitted a request, they’ve handled it quickly and professionally. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience!

Great experience moving in. Office staff amazing. Maintenance also amazing. Apartments are lovely. I have been here only a short time but so far it has been great. I love that the community is tucked back away from the busyness but yet close enough to everything for your needs.
The apartment has been great! Stephanie and Morgan have been very nice and I get help with any apartment troubles when they come up. Would recommend.
Very convenient to our bank, dentist and doctor! We love being close to the grocery stores and restaurants. It is nice being close to the freeway.

I have been here a short time, but I have been impressed with how quiet it is here. The pool has been fun for my two yr. old granddaughter she loved it. I like it here so far.
My husband and I just moved in a week ago. Although our apartment was not cleaned upon arrival due to a scheduling miscommunication, the staff have been very apologetic, supportive & offered different things to help apologize for this mistake. Others living here are very friendly and it's a clean and well kept area.
The short time I’ve lived here has been nothing but peace and quiet. Neighbors saw me moving in and asked if i needed any help. So far it’s been great!
Staff is friendly and nice. Good amenities and to events that occur all over Oconomowoc. Whether that is downtown, dock hounds games, restaurants, stores and don’t forget the lakes!
This is a wonderful place to live, near to nature and I love they care about pets; Quiet place to enjoy your afterwork time, and spend family time.
So far, so great! Such a beautiful & clean property. Locklyn truly feels like a community. My spouse & I are looking forward spending our first year here & possibly more!
Love the area and the amenities. Only downfall is the flooring is really loud and can hear my upstairs neighbor non stop. I love the fridges and the appliances
The rent has gotten raised every year we have been here! The apartment is great. We could use another pool especially since they are adding more buildings!
I have been here over a year and the staff is amazing!! Anytime I have questions or need maintenance done it is done the same day or the day after! Very clean property and friendly staff :)
Soundproofing seems non-existant between floors. my whole apartment vibrates when upstairs does laundry and everything shakes like an earthquake at least 5x a day. construction is a bummer seems we are losing more and more grass / landscape
Everyone is very friendly and the staff is very responsive to any maintenance issues. We just bought a house and will be moving out, but will miss our time here.
Staff are very friendly. Love the area, dog run and being next to the pond. Close to shops and the expressway. Grounds are kept up well. The pool, party room and gym are always well maintained.
We have loved our time at The Locklyn. The apartments are of quality with nice appliances, the owners have upgraded fixtures, electric locks, and more during our time here, and the grounds and gym/clubhouse are so nice. Plus, the location is great with restaurants, a grocery store and more so close by.
I think overall, it is a nice community, generally quiet and welcoming. I have lived here for over 6 months and I am still happy living here!

Living here is wonderful. Friendly staff and friendly neighbors. I enjoy the ability to go to common rooms where everyone says hi and are open to getting to know one another.
I love living here my only complaint is the flooring you can hear the upstairs neighbors a lot and sounds like they are playing with bowling balls, other then that I love the office staff and my neighbors and the amenities.
Great experience. The apartment is beautiful and has a lot of space, very well built. Location is amazing, not only because of how close it is to stores and restaurants but also has a lot of places to walk.
Super nice staff, facilities is always ontop of maintenance tickets, very clean grounds, all equipment in the fitness center is clean and in working order.

The facility’s staff and maintenance are very helpful and friendly. But for this place being as new as it is, it’s amenities are not up to par… One of the bar b que grills is broken again… and having to wait in line to cook a burger in place that I call home, is not acceptable.
I have lived here for a couple of months now and I love the area my unit so far. Everyone that lives here is welcoming and friendly, and I feel safe walking around at any point around the units. I would recommend to anyone I the area looking for a nice, friendly, modern apartment

Love it here! Only thing I wish we had was parking for the inbetween buildings, not excited for winter because of this. Garbage arrived would be nice too as we have to walk all the way around the building. Other than that no complaints. Everyone is so welcoming!
Very nice and well kept. Pool is clean and the gym has most things you need for a full workout. They have activities to do and everyone here is friendly.

Enjoying our new space.. Majority of neighbors are kind, respectful and considerate. The space is beautiful with landscaping, water fountain in the pond, and well kept. On occasion we have witnessed a few residents leave a mess at the pool (there is always someone who can't pick up after themselves), but it gets cleaned up quickly by management and that is greatly appreciated.
Maintenance was quick and easy. Manager was helpful and friendly. Love the community- everyone is so friendly and welcoming. This and the preserve were great.
The neighbors are friendly to talk to. The apartment room is cozy with and spacious. The front desk people are helpful and kind. The walking paths are nice. Plus can't wait to use the community grill and meet new people!
