Very clean and organized complex.. Love that we are close my st.Charles high school.. Area is wonderful.. Sometimes Maintenance takes a while but when they come they get the job done..

This is a nice community to live in; it's peaceful and kept clean. Maintenence usually shows up mostly the 2nd day of your call. I recommend that inasmuch as the community is kept safe and clean, the ratings will be high.

We love being a resident here great amenities and location . The staff are great very professional . The resident portal is very easy to utilize.

It’s a wonderful neighborhood and everything is nice. It’s friendly and the staff is great. The apartment is loving and I feel at home. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Pretty good place; I don't have too many issues here. The biggest issue is that maintenance never lets you know when/what day they're coming after you put in a request.

Nice apartment buildings, but grounds maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. Garden apartment stairwells have a breezeway effect; first-level dwellers in buildings accessible from the roundabout endure a lot of trash and leaves that aren't regularly blown away, which leads to bugs; the siding isn't cleaned frequently. Better lawn pest control is needed in the summer months to combat bugs. Office Staff is nice.

Links Community is clean, quiet and well kept. Apartments are spacious and very nice. New property manager is friendly responsive and helpful. Maintenance response quickly.

The only issue I have is the lack of communication from maintenance personnel. You don’t receive any update nor follow up if your issue has been resolved. That makes me madder than a hornet. They need to get this lack of communication issue fixed ASAP! It’s definitely not a good look!

The apartments are nice . Neighbors are friendly. When I 1st moved in we had things that was additions like a meet and greet room ,a weight room but all of that has been taken but our prices keep going up . That's my take.

I enjoy living here, and I have been here for just over 2 years now. Maintenance requests get handled very quickly, and management will get back to you quickly with emails as well.

I really enjoying living at the Links. The staff I’ve interacted with in the leasing office have always been helpful and friendly. My maintenance requests have all been resolved fairly quickly and they have shown great customer service. The property grounds are well-maintained and it’s nice and quiet overall.

My experience here has been the best out of all the places I have rented. It’s clean and peaceful. I don’t have to wait too long for maintenance to be done. Apartments are spacious.

Clean , quiet, modern apartment neighborhood. Good proximity to retail, grocery, and other stores. Plenty of nearby trails and parks . Safe environment! Spacious apartment and parking spaces!

No complaints at all with outside in the community. The do steal cars around here. As far as the apartment goes they are spacious and decent size. Not happy that we don’t have a gym anymore that we pay for or new location for it! The pool is crazy small to share with the other apartments and houses. Otherwise then that great neighborhood.

Let's start with the positives. The apartments are spacious, the high ceilings really contribute to the amazing aesthetic, you don't have to pay for parking. The complex was initially within a quiet neighborhood. We're in an area that isn't heavily traveled through - however the popularity has now grown. With the influx of people and travelers, the security is lackluster. Random cars are here for days on end so towing is not enforced, there are shady characters that hang out around the dog park and playground. there's not enough safety patrol to monitor all of the random people walking through the area and loitering. Pets owners aren't held liable for the tremendous amount of poop all over the property and trash is becoming a problem. If property management doesn't truly take a look at fixing a few of these issues or at the very least holds a townhall to fully address the concerns of residents, this area is going to tank. The concerns are rarely addressed by tenants anyway so not too much hope here.

I'll give the apartment 4 stars, been living here for five months now, great neighborhood. But maintenance a 1 star, every time I call , the lady is very unfriendly and rude over the phone.

Very well built apartment. It's really nice. My closet is huge, my bathroom is huge, my bedroom is huge, and my living room is like a giant storage room. It's a little noisy because its built right on the street, but over all its really nice and comfortable. You don't have to fight over a parking space or anything of that nature. It's really nice.

The new apartment complex in Waldorf is a breath of fresh air in Charles County! Beautiful and spacious floor plans that combine form and function in a beautiful modern and above all SPACIOUS way! the kitchen is a dream for me and I cook my butt off in my new favorite room! The community center and pool are AMAZING! My grandson LOVES the kiddie pool which he swears is all just for him. Playground is within a few minute walk and is adjacent to the dog park and BBQ areas State of the art fitness center with a lol the latest equipment and free weights! I looked for a new apartment for over a year before I chose The Links and not only did I find my perfect apartment I found my perfect home!

It's a very nice apartment, very quiet, and reserved. Always an available parking space, and good neighbors. Pets are allowed, and the apartments have huge living space. The rooms are great sized. The bathrooms are huge. Overall its a really good apartment to live in.
