I’ve been loving my experience at my new apartment so far! The unit itself is beautiful and feels like home. The amenities are a huge plus—well-maintained, modern, and really convenient. There is some noise from other residents from time to time, and I can hear the train occasionally, but neither has been a major issue. Overall, it’s a great place to live, and I’m really happy I chose this community!

We love it here. The staff and the other residents are very kind and accommodating. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. We love the size of the bedrooms and the utilities. We've been living here for 4 years and we love the location and the development. The apartment is a nice size. The grounds are well maintained. It's an easy walk to the train and Main Street in Matawan. Lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby.

We love living at The Link. The grounds are well kept and the staff is super attentive. The location is perfect for commuting to NYC. The summers are the best here. The pool is very nice and the BBQ are great.

I have been here for a few years now and enjoy the community and facilities! The only feedback I have is to set up cameras or trash bins because there’s some neighbors who leave their dogs poop all over the yard!

I have been at the link for over 2 years now and have really enjoyed myself! I have made friends with a lot of neighbors, enjoyed the summer by the grills and pool and appreciate the proximity to nearby towns. I’d love to see more community events either at the lounge or by the grills.

Great place to live! Love the apartments and the community. The place is very well kept and there is always plenty of parking available. The amenities like the pool, gym, and dog run are really nice to have.

the building is not very well insolated, we can hear the noise in the hallway. Package deliver is a real mess. Building is not cleaned regularly. the rent is increasing regularly. Gym equipment & weight are not well maintained.

Location is great for commuting to beach and the city. Property is well maintained (Andrew is awesome) leasing office is responsive. Mailroom is non existent and package nightmare during holidays. EV charging is a money grab and needs to have a revaluation.

Pros 1.) Leasing staff is responsive and always willing to address any questions or concerns. 2.) Andrew in maintenance is the best. He is always looking to improve the property as best as he can. 3.) location to the train is premium and access to local interstate and parkway is great Cons. 1.) absolutely horrible mail situation. Also multiple times entire mailroom has been robbed by theft. 2.) gym feel small and machines are running but with high mileage 3.) zero discount when charging your vehicle on site high premium for residents.
The soundproofing is exquisite - we NEVER hear anyone else’s Tv’s or voices! A few footsteps above but very minor. Love all the finishing touches - kitchen, flooring, bathroom details. And again: Andrew, who oversees all maintenance requests, is fantastic! The microwave light is a special bulb and not easy to replace - Andrew came quickly and replaced. It’s these minor details that make living here stress free.

The Link is a very quiet community and I have made many great friends since I’ve been here. This community is very clean and if you have a problem with anything in your unit, maintenance always responds in a timely fashion. I’ve been here for a year and a half and love living here. I highly recommend the Link to other people I talk to.

Wonderful community! The grounds are well maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. Great location, close to the train station (Aberdeen-Matawan) and major highway. Great amenities. The maintenace crew are friendly and responsive (Thanks Andrew ) Highly recommended.

I’d recommend the Link to everyone! There’s beautiful parks nearby and restaurants, as well as the beach in the summer! It’s also very convenient to have the train station nearby if you ever want to go to the city for the day.

Still new here but so far the building is always quiet and clean. Passing by residents are also very kind ! The apartment complex always putting on community events, which is nice for the residents who have time to participate. Gym on the premise is a huge plus before my morning commute !

Great staff and maintenance team! Location is great to NJ Transit. in unit washer and dryer need updates does not wash well and not having a proper mailroom can become chaotic during the holidays. Ev charging should be included with rent personal opinion.

A family medical situation necessitated us relocating back to Matawan. Having moved out of the Link just 14 months earlier, we didn’t think twice about where to move and contacted Christine about moving back. She managed the process which was incredibly smooth and stress free. We had several apartments to choose from and got our keys and walk through yesterday. Andrew was on hand to take care of us and after a big hug, we saw our new home. Immaculate, quiet and spotless clean. It felt like home instantly! My husband and I highly recommend The Link - top notch in every way! You cannot go wrong!
