Just moved in, and I love it!

The apartment and the amenities are great, and you can't beat the location (the Monon is literally right out the front door). The leasing office staff (Kevin) was incredibly helpful and made the entire process flow very smoothly. I had the keys to my new place within the week.

All this money, for what?

Not at all worth the amount it costs to live here. The amenities are not cared for, nothing is kept up on by management, and requests for things like basic maintenance take forever to be fixed. The building was cheaply assembled so it appears as though it is falling apart. Probably worst of all, management is non-communicative about anything especially building-wide issues. I couldn't, in good conscience, recommend this building to anyone. Look elsewhere.
