The Lindley

Love being here sometimes the sound is easily heard across walls. But I love being here. It’s nice to meet here and have people to learn from and get to know. What wonderful weather and staff. Thank you for having me here.

The experience at the Lindley has been okay. There are some issues that should be addressed. The carpet in the hallway has old stains and unpleasant smell. Management office doesn’t respond to email request.

We’re in our fourth year and loving it! The community gets better as the years go on and the newer staff has been lovely! They’re always so nice, and get things done in a timely manner.

I love living here and it's amazing and I love my neighbors and there animals but I love the maintenance people and they work really hard at work and so proud of they do and my favorite family at the lindley

The Lindley is a great place to live. It has an excellent, friendly staff that is always willing to help. All service requests are promptly filled.

Living at the Lindley is truly an amazing experience. The staff is great the location couldn’t be better and the community is so welcoming. It’s been lovely.

The move-in process, as expected, was delayed but not denied. Aishah is truly a God-sent to both my toddler and I. She made sure to update me regarding my move-in progress as well as making sure our needs were met.

We’re about to go into our fourth year living here and we love it. The new property manager has been fantastic. We’ve actually had more events lately and just a more welcoming atmosphere overall. The maintenance team is also fantastic, they’re always on top of things, so polite, and keep us updated while things are being worked on.

Love living here. The staff is amazing and always have a smile on their face. Any issues with my unit and maintenance is on it. The common areas are clean and always smell great.

I love the building, the neighborhood, the eminities. The stores around are good. I feel safe. I didn’t realize we don’t have no pool. But the building still give me that warm at home feeling

This is a beautiful residence, with wonderful amenities! The staff are incredibly friendly, supportive and helpful. My move-in experience was easy and accommodating.

About to renew for the third time! We love living here. In just the last few weeks new management seems to be really on top of everything! Whether that’s inspections, maintenance requests, pest control or even the smoking issues in and around the building. The new management helped us decided we wanted to stay and we hope to see this level of care continue! The concierge team is all great as well. We love the little events that go on and hope to see more of them to bring the community together. Thank you again for making The Lindley a great and easy place to live!

I love this building and it's wonderful and peaceful and so quiet place I love and being alone is boring but I got the people here that helps us so it's quite nice.

Besides the thin walls I love this place also going to miss everyone who comes and goes but overall change is part of life and I do my best to embrace it

Things have been great thus far. However, my wife’s parking spot is way too small for her car. She has a Jeep Grand Cherokee and the space fits more for a Prius. We’ll reach out to get it switched.

It’s the amazing time of year and the place at the Lindley is great and people here are great at there job with there own ways of helping people others here and the mailing people and delivery too

They are so friendly and nice and kind and cool and everybody is so helpful and so mindful of helping others and there are friendly dogs and cats and other animals to here.

The maintenance and staff team are exceptional! I enjoy the amenities as well as the quiet neighborhood. We’re close to downtown Bethesda so there’s a lot to do for fun.

I love the lindley apartment building It's a cool and amazing place and its quiet peaceful place to work quietly and there a walking distance like grocery at Amazon fresh, starbucks, playa bowl, transportation.

A wonderful, attentive staff who work hard to ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and celebrated. The amenities are top-notch and the area quiet and welcoming yet close to what you need.

Going onto our third year here. We love the little community Chevy Chase Lake has become in the last two years and cannot wait for the metro to open.

The staff here is lovely and the move in process was quick and easy. I moved into my new home with no issues or complaints. I absolutely love the atmosphere and energy that surrounds this property.

The maintenance team here is the best. That's a very important feature of living here. The team responds quickly, efficiently, and creatively (when necessary) to get the job done. Especially appreciated is captain Fredi's patience in working within my crazy schedule - we always work it out. And the team pays attention to preventive maintenance which keeps appliances running smoothly. Much appreciated.

Definitely a dog loving building which is great for us. The views are awesome, a beautiful community, and a wonderful outgoing staff! 10 out of 10!

Lot of events here and there make it a fun place to live. The staff is very responsive to all requests we make. The whole place is kept very clean.

A community of excellent management, taking heed of prompt response to residents maintainable request, gym and calmness are also amazing. Private area for reading, working and meeting is also a factor of convenience to better like the Lindley.

Great facilities. Extremely clean. Wonderful communication among the staff at Lindley and the community that lives here. They keep us up to date on happenings and policies. The nonsmoking environment is strictly enforced for the health of all residents.

A wonderful building with an amazing staff. They are constantly trying to improve and make the overall living experience a positive one. The staff is open to suggestions and improvements. The location is good and the surrounding area is expanding and improving.
