The Leopold was originally built in 1889 and was known as the Byron Hotel. The annex, which is now home to Hotel Leo, was built later in the 1920's. The nine-story tower now consists of 50 apartments which were remodeled and renovated for the modern Tenant. The building includes many deluxe amenities and is within walking distance to restaurants, shops and grocery stores.
