The Lena

The pool should be opened earlier, not just at the end of May. Additionally, since the plumbing incident in front of my apartment, the smell in the stairs has been horrible. I believe the administration should take action to remove the bad odor in the 340 stairs area.

We really enjoy living here. The amenities are nice, the location is great, maintenance is usually quick to respond to issues. Overall a nice place to live.

My lease ends in two weeks, and I will miss this place. It has a great location, and my son enjoys the facilities. This is a pet-friendly apartment with a dog park that my two dogs enjoyed daily.

The office staff is exceptional. Living at the Lena is a very positive experience. I have used the amenities from coffee, computers to the gym and the pool. I would appreciate if you could add classes like zumba, aerobics etc. I love it here and hope it will be home for a long while.

Hate it here, can’t move out quicker. We have not had a single night without the same people drinking and smoking outside and nothing is done! All the same issues still occur. We started a lease sooner because I was driving over an hour back to PA to stay overnight so I could actually sleep.

Although I have only been at the Lena for a year, I have no complaints. The location and facilities are great. The layout of my two-bedroom apartment is perfect, and my 2 dogs love the balcony.

We've only been here for a few days and we've found the residents to be friendly and accommodating. The building is professionally run and we look forward to settling in. The overall experience has been great.

We enjoy living here. The apartment is great, maintenance always responds really quickly. The amenities are also awesome, we utilized the pool this past summer and the gym frequently.

With the new management I see more understanding when you want to know about things you get the answers which is great I'd like living at the Lens and the people are great in the office they listen and understand every problem i may have

Excellent building, wonderful staff. The area is great, all major highways are close, great choice of supermarkets and restaurants all within a 10-minute drive. Love it here! :)

Great location & pet friendly! Walk to Duke Farms, NJ Transit to NYC & around downtown. Even walk to Somerville, NJ or easy drive to BridgewaterCommons Mall.

I have enjoyed my time living at The Lena. It has been a pleasure experience. My only issue is the fees that I paid when moving in and never used any of the accommodations.

Everything is going Well until now. Services and acommodation, the place is very Well located and is a comfortable place, near the mall and supercenter

Communication isn’t good Adults should be able to use the pool whether the life guard is here or not. People with dogs shouldn’t be allowed to let their dogs pee and poop by the side doors

So far so good. Quick response from maintenance. Well maintained apartment. Excellent location. Nearby is a complex that houses all of your needs; Home Depot, Marshall’s, target, Trader Joe’s, Costco and many more.

Both Leasing AND Maintenance Staff(s) are awesome & a pleasure to interact with! Always pleasant and relaxed regardless of whether there is an appointment or on another "mission" . Response and successful resolution is golden when renting. LENA staff & residents are great!

Apartment is nice! There were a couple of things that could have been taken care of before moving it, but overall it´s ok. Building has a good sound proof set up for those who like silence.

Love the location - small town charm with plently of major shopping options nearby and close to trails and the river - perfect for running and hiking. Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming.

Horrible management Pontis, unprofessional staff, spreading lies, breaking lease rules, favoriting some tenants, ignoring maintenance requests, our rights and safety. They don’t care about tenants, they’re disrespectful, ignore calls and emails. Every1 is moving out. They’re overconfident, not friendly and the worst in the business i have seen.

Great place to live! Tranquil. Peaceful and beautiful. The balcony view of the sunset is mesmerizing! Amenities are well kept and give options to keep yourself busy. So happy to have found this gem !

I have lived at the Lena for a year now; I only have good things to say about the maintenance crew and management. The issues that needed to be addressed were taking care of on a timely manner. The place is clean, organized and I believe we have good environment. Peaceful overall. that is what is important to me.

We are very happy to be moving in here. The building is beautiful and the amenities are just what we were looking for! The apartment is very quiet too, no noise coming from the hallways or other residents.

Loving it so far. The building is quiet and has great amenities. The residents have been warm and welcoming, and everyone always says hello with a smile on their face.

My experience has been fantastic! The manager onsite is amazing and they truly make sure you're comfortable and set up properly! Tenant service requests are done quickly and the building is absolutely stunning!

Very helpful leasing office! Maintenence is super on-top of fixes. Love the community amenities, especially the coffee bar! Everything is very clean and put together. Very happy with this building.

Great apartment with a lot of space, I like it ! We have a balcony to take some fresh air, and a gym to practice sport and maintain our health.

I am current resident and my place is filled with bugs. Do not move here unless you like lantern flies and some bugs that look like lady bugs but aren’t. This place is dressed up like a great place, but the cabinets are old and has bugs. Management does nothing about the bugs.

Excellent attitude of staff and an astonishing place to live in. My experience from day zero has been seamless and hassle free with the entire staff extremely welcoming.

The management staff is very friendly and prompt with replies. The cleaning staff is very thorough and we also appreciate the custodial services.

Just recently moved in and the apartment is great. Beautiful interior, spacious and great location. Staff is attentive and handles issues quickly.

Apartment is great, a few small issues upon move in (maintenance, not enough parking etc.) but otherwise good. Cannot hear our neighbors which is really nice as well. First day in and so far so good.

It’s been a great experience living at the Lena. The facilities are really nice with pool table, basketball court, badminton court and the swimming pool. I like living here.

My husband and I have been very impressed with the building management team (Elana, Elijah, and Yerman); from our initial introduction prior to leasing and well into settling into our temporary new rental these past six weeks. Everyone is very friendly, and promptly receptive to any requests we needed to make our stay more comfortable. We love it here!

I like and enjoying living at Lena, everything is fixed really fast, everything is too clean and neighbors are nice.. it’s a good experience.

I wish their was more security to prevent non-residents from being on the property and using the amenities that residents pay for. Lack of cameras and fencing allows for vandalism and trespassing.

We’ve lived at The Lena for four years. It’s a beautiful apartment home with amenities to enjoy and be healthy while at home. It’s safe here and aah so clean! The staff are amazing! You need, they deliver, it’s just that simple. We love it here! DB
