The Legacy Apartments

Move in at Legacy it has been good. However, it has a little stuff to get better like some arrangements in the bathroom, and bedrooms closets.

This a great place to live. It is quiet, people here are very friendly and look out for each other. Located very close to anywhere you want to go in tampa. You definitely have a feeling of safety in those community. The staff and maintenance crew are always willing to help out and take care of any problems. Fully recommend this as a place to live.

A few improvements could be made but they try to make sure everyone is happy. We are about to renew our lease so we definitely enjoy our place!

Staff is very friendly, maintenance came out and fixed many things in our apartment within an hour. Neighborhood is very clean and look up tight just walking around

Everything is great so far, love my townhouse maintenance team is very good keeping everything working. Everyone at the office is very knowledgeable and amazing experience on the moving process.

The office staff is friendly. The community is conveniently located to highway, downtown, and the bus line. The Legacy is a quiet community.

Honestly, it has been great! Minor faults but nothing big. Definately reccommend living here! The staff is so nice and they make sure if there was a mistake on anything, it will be fixed! Thank you, team!

I have been living in legacy Apartments since four years ,so far my experience is very satisfying location is very beautiful with colorful peacocks around and a hillsborough river ,our compound has bright lights at night so we can walk around ,gym is a plus point and it’s available 24/7 ,maintenance staff ,leasing office staff are very friendly too

Everyone has been very communicative and helpful. I've received very prompt responses when needing updates on paperwork and registration inquires.

Love the location - issues with move-in. Forced to wait until 3pm to be able to take possession and apartment was still not ready. Even after confirming it would be available several times prior to move in, paint on the door was wet and more work still to do. Very frustrating since we took the day off work and rented a truck which needed to be returned that evening.

Best place to live. I recommend highly. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Living on the river was one my happy experiences. Nice and quiet.

So far, so good! Despite having internet wiring issues, (which seems to be a spectrum issue and not an apartment issue) the building has been great

Everyday I see the workers working hard to keep this place clean and maintained. I have been here 8 months so far and seen nothing but good things from the employees. They are doing a great job! Front desk are also very nice and also gives out free stuff to kids time to time!

Living at The Legacy has been a great experience so far. The townhomes are beautiful and clean. The Staff and Maintenance are very responsive. Location is extremely walkable. My only complaint with this place is how much it floods. Definitely will have to evacuate if a big hurricane comes through.

It's good customer service. Good environment. Calm and quit. I like to live here so long. Helpful maintenance team . They always ready to help.

I love living here. I have great neighbors. It isn't loud or noisy. It is well kept and clean. I love that the management is friendly and compassionate. I live in a 1/1 apartment with my 2 dogs and 1 cat. It is spacious and a decent price. I love my high ceilings and big bedroom. I recommend The Legacy to folks all the time.

The staff is amazing, responsive and helpful. The property is having some renovations and upgrades. Location is excellent for a multitude of reasons.

Amazing leasing office staff and fantastic location for a great price! Amazing space within the complex to walk by the river and amazing green spaces.

Love this place. I have caring neighbors that keep an eye out for each other. Recently, someone hit my vehicle parked in the lot in front of my unit. And people reacted and notified me of it. A couple of them went around the complex and found the person so I could notify the police. They really are a great bunch of people.

The location compared to work is great, but cost for what you get is a little upside down. Also, maintenance took like 5 times of my closet flooding before the old air condition was truly fixed.

My car’s been broken into at least 3 times in the four years I’ve lived here. Every other month there’s a new “improvement” going on that doesn't actually change the quality of life, but instead just inconveniences everybody. There’s probably something better out there.

I was really bummed that just a few weeks after moving in, several things needed fixing. These included the blinds to the balcony, insulation on the a/c, a faulty balcony screen door, and a dead garbage disposal. The staff at the leasing office and the maintenance folk were so quick to get these things fixed for me. I have several new parts, maintenance was so kind to my pets, and they kept their working area clean. Additionally, one of the gentlemen who came to replace the garbage disposal showed me how to use the dishwasher since I had never used one before. I thought that was very sweet. Overall, I had a really great experience. We have all heard horrors about maintenance calls but not at The Legacy. The service here is prompt and excellent!

I absolutely love how pet friendly it is here. I love that my apartment is spacious. I also really enjoy the peaceful vibes. The process was seamless, Esmeralda and the rest of the staff at the leasing department were very friendly and professional. The whole experience was wonderful. I recommend this community to anyone looking for a lovely community to live in.

great experience with the front office they waited for us on good Friday so we could complete our move in process and get our keys. the process was a breeze

I have been happily residing here at Legacy Apartments for almost 4 years now. I have recommended it to anyone looking for a place to live because I truly believe it is the best place in Tampa for apartment living. The price is right, the location is great, the grounds are lovely and the staff is friendly! What more could you ask for?

The application process was so easy from beginning to end, the leasing consultant Esmeralda was so accommodating answering all my question and concerns. Overall my experience wonderfully, would recommend the apartment complex to anyone who's looking for a nice quite community to live in.

I’ve lived here for years and loved it! The apartments are beautiful, spacious and very reasonably priced. I love the location! I have no plans to move anytime soon.

Living on the river with great peaceful neighbors and large spacious apartments what more could you ask for. Very pet friendly with a dog park to play as well. Huge pool in full sun with breathtaking view of the Hillsborough River.

I love it here. Just renewed my lease for the 8th year. It is close to everything and the staff are very good. They are quick to respond whenever I have an issue. Look forward to more.

The Legacy is only minutes from the heart of downtown, nestled in the family friendly neighborhood of Wellswood. It’s located a few minutes from the interstate and the major thoroughfare of Hillsborough Avenue, bus route, supermarkets and lots of trendy restaurants and watering holes. The community is quiet, clean and the owners management informed me they have renovation plans pending. All in all, The Legacy is a nice community to live in.

We love our apartment! Lovely place we have made our own. Our only issues have been with the appliances - some issues with our dishwasher and air conditioner, handles falling off of cabinets, and maintenance doesn't always fix them properly - issues sometimes reoccur, but it isn't anything major. Would recommend to others!! Nice community - space to walk, a nice pool, laundry facilities and a gym.

Esmeralda is the sweetest person and helped me so much throughout the whole process of moving in! We have only been here for a week now but so far, so good!!! I love that its only a 3 minute walk to the laundry, gym, pool, leasing center and the mail box! Also, love how they keep the community CLEAN! Very close to restaurants, breweries, grocery stores and bus lines! Very happy here!!!!

I love living here @ The Legacy!!! It’s peaceful here. The office staff are nice and personable. I love the location and I have absolutely no complaints. I love my apartment!!

So far things have been good! Smooth move in process and very good location! Great amount of square feet for the price and it's not too noisy! We did make note of some things we would like to be looked at when we first got here that have not yet been addressed but hoping it will get done soon!

My girlfriend and I have only lived here for less than a month and we have loved every second. The location, amenities, and attention to detail we have experienced have made us fall in love with our new home.

We've lived here for over twenty years! I live my view from the patio! And we've met some wonderful people in the past. But there aren't as many community events as we have had in the past. It's hard to meet people if everyone stays indoors!

I needed to move into a new place with haste, and the location of The Legacy suited my needs. Thankfully, they were able to get me approved and into a new apartment within just a couple days. I have only been here a little over a week, but thus far my experience has been a positive one. Nice community/amenities, well-maintained apartments, and most importantly they have a very helpful and personable management staff.

My family and I have lived at The Legacy apartments for nearly five years. There are good things about this community, helpful office staff and maintenance team. Conveniently located near the interstate and other major thoroughfares. Our unit looks out over the Hillsborough River which grants us some fantastic sunrises and sunsets. Of course, it’s not perfect for it is as old as I am and shows it. Overall, we’ve enjoyed living here as it’s quite and in a neighborhood good for walking.

It’s been a great experience living here at the legacy apartments. We have lived here for over 7 years and it’s been a ver pleasant place to live. It is very close to my child’s schools and very centrally located to my job. The management and maintenance are excellent always taking care of our needs. It’s in a great neighborhood always fun at Halloween. I highly recommend this as a place to live.

I love the apartment layouts and the new blinds. I also love the little jungle in the back or so, that's what we call it. Andthe bark park. And also, the laundry room facilities are always clean. And so is the gym, and the pricing is amazing, and the neighborhood is great.
