The staff are polite and respectful, the lobby is always clean and neat. Great place to wine down or do work because of the quiet environment.

They are super kind and professional. I love living here. Everything is so nice. It is a beautiful living space. The neighbors are kind as well not to mention. It’s right in the middle of Montgomery County. I love living here.

Living at The Laureate has been an amazing experience. From the day I moved in, everything went smoothly and stress-free. After two years here, and now with a baby, it’s still been a peaceful and comfortable place to call home. Emmanuel has been especially wonderful—he made my recent apartment transfer seamless and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Malik, Kacy, Steven, and the maintenance team are also incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything I need. The whole team truly creates a friendly and supportive environment. The community itself is very pet- and family-friendly, which has made living here even better. Plus, having so many convenient stores and shops just downstairs is a huge bonus. It really makes life easier and enjoyable.

The location is nice because it’s close to the metro. It is relatively quiet during the evening. The staff does seem to try and be accommodating to better the building or by listening to recommendations. The rent is expensive, but what apartment isn’t? The only real problem that I have is the constant fire alarms every months. It’s either from tenants smoking weed in the stairwell or some malfunction with the fire detectors. I do enjoy living here, just hate being woken up in the middle of the night to a fire alarm.

Few minor hiccups here and there during the move in process, but the staff has been very friendly and accommodating. Moved into a clean living space, so I didn't have to do much pre-cleaning as I moved things in. I chose this location because it looked clean, felt safe, was close to public transportation, and so far I am satisfied on all three accounts.

I love it here. The staff is helpful and the amenities are premium. I look forward to my time here. I also love that I can walk to the metro. I don’t even have to drive anymore.

Moving in was a breeze …. The staff, specifically Emanuel was such a great help to the process he made it easy. He went the extra mile… and for that I am grateful. I love it here!

I was given a warm and seamless welcome into my new home. I truly love it! The staff here execute their positions efficiently and have a high IQ in knowing about how to assist tenants. The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and has all shown positive energy while maneuvering throughout the building. Thank you everyone. My move was a complete success!

I have had little to no issues at all since moving in over a month ago and the staff are very friendly as well as flexible. The gym is also very well equipped

It’s truly amazing living here it’s been over a year ago and it was the best last year of my life due to how nice they are here and how helpful they truly are! I never want to leave here!

Moving here has been great so far. The building is kept extremely clean, the amenities are nice, the neighbors are pretty quiet, and the front desk staff are great!

I love the laureate! It’s in the perfect area. Management has always been super helpful even when I had major issues, they were very considerate and dependable through it all. It’s a very fun community in the summertime. 10/10

I like the complex, however the fire alarm goes off monthly at night for some reason with no real follow up as to the cause. Smell of cannabis in the halls and garage every so often and there are some untrained, unruly and unfriendly dogs that live here and in the neighborhood.

Good living space although a lot of random fire alarms and people leaving stuff in the hallways for day unsure of why but it gets figured out quickly

Love this apt! I’ve been here 7 months and have 0 complaints. The amenities are amazing , the only thing I would say is the pool is extremely cold in the summertime almost unbearable , if they could somehow find a way to heat it up a little more it would be better

It’s been the best 9 months of my life! The management team is truly the best and you need maintenance they come up right away to fix things fast I have no complaints since moving in 9 months ago

Been enjoying living here thus far. Noise levels aren’t bad. The gym is nice and always clean. And the amenities are very nice. Maintenance is always fast and does a good job. And staff are always friendly.

The leasing staff and management are great! They make sure that our living experience is comfortable, safe, and fun. I really enjoyed the last few months living at the Laureate the amenities are wonderful, and the building is convenient to restaurants, entertainment, commutable routes, and lots of green spaces.

The Laureate Team Management and residents are making you feel Welcome Home from day one! Everyone is very supportive of one another and genuinely helpful in making sure that all is going well in getting access to all needed apps or Packages. Always friendly and available and yet very private environment.

The apartment is beautiful. The leasing office has been amazing. It’s in a really good area. Moving in was very easy. Everything has been good so far aside from one extremely loud neighbor.

The staff at the Laureate has been extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The maintenace team is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly, and the staff is very nice, understanding and compassionate. The Laureate really maintains everything inside and out to keep it looking pretty. Whenever we've had any issues they've been more than willing to discuss them and to find a good solution, which is rare.

The Laureate is such a great place to live. Building management cares about their residents and it shows! Move-in was easy as well. Overall, I’ve been enjoying my time living here and would recommend it to others.

I enjoy living at The Laureate. It brings a warm and welcoming feeling. The amenities are amazing compare to other apartments. Despite the kitchen and living room area not being a spacious are I would prefer. The minimal space pushes me to utilize the spaces downstairs to entertain my guest away from my home. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The residents so far so very kind. My daughter and myself do not plan on moving out of here anytime soon!

If you're living at The Laureate consider that you have won an award!! Great place to call home in so many ways including a great management team.

Everything was so so seamless and smooth. The building is so beautiful and clean and the leasing team was so amazing and nice. They were able to help me with everything. I needed an answer every question that I had I really enjoyed my moving in process.

There were some miscommunications along the way but management helped and tried to accommodate us as much as they could and it’s been great!

Fantastic, beautiful apartment and the amenities are wonderful. maintenance is on time. only critique i can give is the parking garage. other than that, its great

If you want to feel like you are at a resort and get treated like I would highly recomend this apartment building the people that work here are truly amazing and they are always ready to help with anything you need i give this place 5 stars all the way I have been here for 4 months that litterally flew bye

Everything has been great! My only possible improvement would be that I just feel like the speed bumps in the parking garage would’ve been better if it was one long one instead of 2 short ones. Other that that it’s great! Everything is clean and well kept!

On weekends, a lot of people gather in the courtyard and a line at the bbq station. There are only 2 bbq stations in the courtyard, it's not enough for such a large community

I love my time here. Nice and quiet. And the ammenities are great. The AC works well. I am close to Shady Grove metro. The staff here are great. Also we have a parking garage which is great.

The package room is a little overwhemling but overall i love it here! The amenities are so amazing everything feels so modern! Definitely recommend this apartment!
