Property Ratings at The Landon of Cromwell
I work until late evening and most evenings and nights the parking is very far away or can’t find one.
I live at this complex currently and if you have a dog, it is not the right place to live because you are going to regret it. There is dog poop everywhere and many dogs have diarrhea. Some of the residents stated that their dogs contracted a parasitic infection and warts. So, please if you have a dog, do not live here. Management is not trying hard enough to fix this ongoing issue.
Both the leasing and maintenance staff are incredibly kind and helpful! I have never experienced the above and beyond nature of their work to make sure residents have the best experience possible! The landscaping and amenities are always perfectly maintained and the dog park is great! Overall, I couldn’t recommend living at The Landon more!
