The Landon is a brand new rental home community in the most central part of Phoenix, Arizona. Our community sits along the I-17 and is just minutes away from Grand Canyon University, Downtown Phoenix, and many other destination locations. Our brand new community offers residents a high-class and safe living environment. Residents can park in our secure underground parking and plug-in their electric vehicles in one of our fifty charging stations. You can enter the building through our gorgeous lounge that opens up into the pool and terrace! We provide underground storage lockers and bicycle storage, along with trash collection and other convenient services. Each home has high-end appliance packages and a full-size washer and dryer.
