Located a few miles northwest of Chicago, Lake Zurich is a very small namesake village. The body of water the small town is named after anchors the town. Most of the stores, restaurants, and service businesses are located on the roads bordering Lake Zurich, Rand Road and Main Street. Residents can access the lake through one of the parks that surrounds the lake. Paulus Park is a popular green space offering lake access, a playground, and a beach. Lions Park is another local favorite and hosts the annual Alpine Fest, a three-day celebration with classic fair rides. Although Lake Zurich is technically a village, the area feels suburban with beautiful single-family homes and modern apartments.

Property Ratings at The Landings of Lake Zurich
This community is absolutely beautiful!!! It’s so peaceful, I love it! I am new to the community but from my experience thus far Tabitha and Melissa are both great. Melissa worked very hard with me to get my place. She was very welcoming when I got to the community and explained everything thoroughly! Tabitha also greeted me with a smile and communicated well throughout my process. I have to say just walking through here you can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining their property. It is very clean, quiet and well groomed! The apartments are a great size and the amenities are top tier! It took me months to find a nice place that I would feel comfortable living with my daughters and I believe this was a great choice. I really see an amazing future with the landings.
I have lived here for just over a year, having renewed my lease at the beginning of this month. The complex is conveniently located within a very short drive to nearly any store one would need to buy goods for the home. The property is well maintained with an extremely friendly and helpful maintenance staff. The two or three times I have had issues that needed to be attended to by the maintenance staff, the guys were prompt, courteous, and careful to make sure they did not leave any mess behind. The management staff is very helpful and and friendly as well. Very accommodating and communicative about issues such as parking tips in the winter and property improvement projects going on throughout the year. Management also fosters a great sense of community by holding several resident events throughout the year in the property office (which is a very nice facility). In the year I have lived here, I have had nothing but positive interactions with fellow residents. In general, the people living at the Landings are professionals and maintain a strong sense of respect for their neighbors. The workout facilities are adequate. Nice, but if you are a fitness enthusiast, you will still need to belong to a full gym. The facilities are good to have around when you are short on time for a full workout. The pool area is very nice and is a good place to hang out. Be warned though, the water is VERY cold! I believe I read in a brochure that the pool is heated, but I highly doubt it. There may be a heater for the pool, but I don't think it's been turned on since I have lived here. So think of it as a potentially heated pool. The cold water may prove refreshing one or two times a year, usually in August, but for the other days the pool is open, it serves as a centerpiece to hang out near and possibly soak your feet in, nothing more.

We did get a new heater installed this summer (2016) and the water was delightfully warm and the residents loved it!
I've living here for a year now and can't really think of a single complaint. All the units have crown molding and the walls are painted which really makes it seem like a home and not such a typical sterile apartment. They cleaning the carpets in the hallways here and really have great up keep on the grounds. I've only had to call for maintenance once and they came right away the same day. The fitness center is great and the pool is also kept up very nicely. Overall if you're looking for a well kept luxury apartment, this place is great. It is slightly pricy, but you get what you pay for here.
I went there 2 weeks ago and I felt in love with this place from the beginning. I love these huge windows and welcome atmosphere you enter the unit. The area is very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this place to my friend.
