Property Ratings at The Landings at Rock Creek Apartments
The management is great! Ms. Alice is the manager and is very professional. She treats residents like people not just tenants. Maintenance team made up of Lucille and Israel are great and quick to fix any issues that come up. All my neighbors are cool, and I’ve seen virtually no crime since living there. During the Summer my son and I love chilling at the pool! We also love being surrounded by the woods, with the creek.
Management is great here whenever I have any issues they send someone right away to take care of it! Very quiet area and the apartments are very spacious.
I've been living here for 8yrs and I must say that this new management that has taken over is doing a wonderful job at much needed upgrades that were much needed. The previous management didn't do half the things that are currently being done by this new management. I strongly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to rent then this is the spot. The management is very professional as well as friendly and they take pride in fulfilling every residents property needs so come join the community.
I've been here for the past 7 years and the last company that were over these apartments were not a good company at all. Since the new company took over in April of 2022 you can really tell the difference, the company and maintenance is so much better. It's always quiet morning, noon and night. The staff there is very nice, friendly.
Absolutely awful management and corporate. We loved here for a year and a half while trying to find a house. I could literally write a 50 page book on how horrible this place is. They are so overpriced for what you get. The maintenance is horrible. They will charge you for any and every possible thing. When we moved in the apartment was a complete wreck. There were nails everywhere, holes in the walls, tubs were gross, carpets were disgusting, blinds are probably from the dollar tree and were messed up when we moved in. I promise there is somewhere better for you to live. Do not live here unless you want to pay thousands of dollars in fees that you don’t actually owe. Please trust me. This is probably the worst apartment complex in LR. There are so many other options. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Awful after moving out. I moved out in December 2019, then in January 2021 I got notified that I was sent to collections for them, but I received no bills from them. I gave them my new mailing address when I left but my collection letter was apparently sent to the apartment I moved out of??? Which makes me know that they were sending my bills to the apartment that I no longer lived at. Ridiculous. Awful attention to detail. Make sure you document EVERYTHING.
I was taken on a tour at The Landings and loved the way the complex looked just by the drive in to the office. The wooden buildings make them different and feel more down home. I have just started looking into moving and just was in the area of Chenal when I stopped by for a tour. I love how as soon as you enter The Landings it doesn't seem like your in the big city of West Little Rock anymore its quiet and seems to be peaceful. I will def keep The Landings top on my list when my decision is made.
The apartments are priced too high! The management is needs to be retrained! Also, the apartment that you tour is better quality than the actual apartment you are renting. If you looking for a place to start, this is a good place. Not a good long term solution for housing.
The location is great!!! I am right around the corner from the grocery store and other shopping centers. The maintainace crew is very good at fixing issues immediately and the front office is very helpful.
I have lived at The Landings at Rock Creek over two years. It's a wonderful little community tucked back in the trees on Chenal. Super quiet, but right in the city. Couldn't be more conveniently located. The management/maintenance staff are fabulous, friendly & helpful. Great place to live!!
