The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Landing
This is a great place to live. I’ve been here 5 months and I love it. It felt like home the minute I walked in to inquire! Hannah made me feel like family! Community is clean. People are nice. Clean. Quiet.
I have been living here for 5 years and love it! Carlos is my dog's best friend, he absolutely loves him! The property is clean and the people that live here are so nice.
The Landing has been my home for over two years, the leasing staff, Irma and Hannah are very caring and professional, especially during the pandemic, they always kept us informed with any updates and Carlos, Chris and Ricardo work extremely hard at making sure that any maintenance needs are taken care of in a very timely manner. I am very glad that I have made The Landing my choice of community.
Moved in June 18th and been loving it ever since then. Lil minor stuff that they fixed right away haven’t had any problems! It’s quiet comfortable and everyone is friendly. Very safe environment to raise your kids and nice surrounding . Apartments pretty big and give u that comfort space to call home. Pet friendly and would recommend more nice to come join our family team here at the landing arrowhead.
I just moved in a month ago and LOVE IT! Very quiet and safe. I feel safe. Management and assistant: Irma and Hannah help me when I needed them. They both are an amazing. Also this apartment is very friendly. Everything is new in every units. Oh and very spacious. This maintenance Chris, he’s amazing as well, communicate well and always make sure if i need anything, he will help me. I am obsessed with my apartment. Love it so much.
Lived at this location a few years ago and I have to say nothing but the best starting with Irma the office manager amazing always willing to go above and beyond and Carlos very friendly always with a smile. And the reason why I left was because I bought a home and that’s the reason why I left the landings. Highly recommend the landings
I’ve been a resident here for about 8 years, and Irma the manger is very helpful! Hannah the assistant manager has always been nice and was able to help with whatever I needed! Chris and Carlos complete work orders in a timely manner and are polite. Ricardo keeps the grounds looking amazing. Very happy with my time here!
I've been currently living at this property for a little over 7 years. Since the day I moved in I felt nothing other than a welcoming environment. I've had nothing but great experiences I do go directly to the front office where I always get treated with the upmost respect by (Irma the office manager) she will actually stop what she is doing to attend any concerns or questions. Irma has excellent customer service skills she's very empathetic and knowledgeable of what's going on in the property she is a great leader for her staff and her community that I feel she genuinely cares. Even during the pandemic she was there to answer questions concerns and still protected her staff. She makes you feel at home not like tenant. *** She also has trained her staff to always properly greet and will introduce the new hires which in my opinion is great especially when I'm a single mother of 3 daughters. So by far Irma has not changed in 7 years and always exceeds my expectations. Bottom line she literally runs that place with pride and excellence.
I’ve been living here for about 8 1/2 months and I’m very blessed to be able to come home relax after working everything’s nice and safe, clean there’s 24/7 security never have had any problems here and sunroof parking the Manager Irma is Amazing and very nice and will answer any question you need & very welcoming Shout out to you ???? & all the staff here are amazing and very helpful!!! Nothing but true facts hope if you’re lookin to move in you’re welcomed home ??.
This place is full of roaches! We thought it was just our apartment but we have asked everyone we have come across and it’s not just us! Believe me, you don’t want to live here and the property manager nor the assistant do anything to help the situation. It’s disgusting!
The manager posted a late rent payment on my rental report because she "failed to check her drawer and see the money order that was given to her on time. The rent is due on the first but there is a 3-day period before it is considered "late." I am a first time renter and contacted Cannon Management for a correction on my report which was never done. The apartment had cockroaches when we moved in and cockroaches when we moved out, where I saw 2 pest control agents with spray cans entering the unit above. Management will blame the tenant as they did in our case. The units are painted every time a tenant leaves but the leaving tenant "foots the bill" and I had to dispute the deductions on my deposit including putting in new floorboards. The water was constantly being shut off. Loud verbal fighting and shouting from some apartments including right in front of my door at 2:00 am. I would not recommend.
I don't like living here... $ 50 water bill on top of ur rent & the water shut off almost every wk, seems like No one is ever in the office, & walls r very thin. I like the pond n front of my apt even tho its a lil dirty at times. Waiting 4 an opportunity to move.
