Living here isn’t just about the views or the amenities - it’s about the energy of a place that feels right the moment you walk in... but THE VIEWS though!!!!!!!! The building is stunning (rooftop pool, coworking lounge, a fitness center you actually want to use), but the real magic is in the people. Keldra and Ashley are the difference makers. They don’t just hand you keys - they make the whole process easy, personal, and actually enjoyable. They are two people that you want to do business AND be friends with!! You can tell right away they care about the people as much as the property, and that really matters. If you want luxury, location, and a team that makes you look forward to coming home - The Landing is it.

Still a few items that need to be fixed, pretty good experience otherwise. The fridge has a dent in the front, blinds not installed correctly, general cleaning incomplete. Staff is nice and responsive.

You cannot beat the location of the Landing Residences! I can walk to the FedEx Forum for basketball games and step out of my apartment to hit Tom Lee Park for a run. The amenities are also top notch! There has been a lot of turnover in the management office. However, everyone is consistently friendly and responsive. My biggest complaint is that the cost of parking remains the same after much of the garage became hotel valet parking. To pay the same price for parking which is no longer available on my same floor seems unfair.

It was a very easy process. Everybody was so friendly and nice. Everything about this community is just great. I feel very safe. I love that. They provided a parking garage. However you do have to pay $115 a month for it. Which is not bad and they include the Wi-Fi already for an additional 75 I got a gift when I first moved in, which was unexpected and I love that and so far, everybody was so nice. The apartment was nice and clean when I got here. I love Linzy She had a lot of great customer service and really went through the whole boarding things through me and took the time to do a virtual tour as well

The apartment complex is nice with a good amount of amenities. The apartments have high ceilings with modern appointments. Having an integrated secured parking garage is a primary reason why I chose this property. Several things to do within walking distance. The office staff has been polite and responsive. The clubhouse offers nice views of the Mississippi River and downtown.

We loved the landing for our first year here, but as time went on and a new management company took over we noticed a decline in level of service, quickness of responses and resident events Safe property with great amenities

This has been one of the best apartments! It's close to the fun parts of downtown, backs up right to Tom Lee Park, and has so many coffee shops within a ten-minute walk. Not to mention, it's one of the safest places I've lived in Memphis.
