The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Landing
It sounds like there have been significant changes at those apartments, with a focus on increasing profits that has led to higher utility costs and new charges for parking and amenities. This can be frustrating for residents, as it may seem like the management is prioritizing profit over the well-being of tenants. The comparison to Mr. Krabs and Mr. Burns from popular media illustrates the perceived profit-driven mindset of the management.
The Assistant Manager, Mayra, quoted me one price for the security deposit then Lupe the mgr tried to raise it. I was originally renting a 2bdrm for myself and my son (qualified income AND credit check). When I agreed to get the place with my then boyfriend, I was told he would have to be the primary on the apartment since he was already a renter in a different/smaller apartment. This didn't make sense because A) His income did not even qualify to rent that apartment alone, but mine did. B) I am the one who acquired and applied for the apartment, not him. C) They were basing his credit score from when they ran it to rent him his apartment. It had since increased 100 to 150 points. Have you ever heard of a potential creditor using credit scores that were 1.5 years old? That was my first and only time. The 1st of the month was on a Sunday. They were closed on Sundays, so they had us sign the papers and gave us the keys that Friday. Since I didn't fall for their security deposit scam, after we moved in, they added 3 days of rent to our first month. The apartment had an ant problem and we continuously had to schedule service repair calls. Just before we moved out, someone tried to steal my, then boyfriend's, car. They broke the window and severely damaged the steering column, which rendered it undriveable. A neighbor notified us while the guy was still in the car and he was scared off. Two days later, someone came back to finish the job. A different neighbor saw the guy and ran him off. The neighbor said he was trying to pry open the hood to most likely steal the battery.
My family and I's apartment complex, The Landings, is a very clean complex. There is even the neighborhood pool IN the complex that only costs a one time charge of 25 dollars! The buildings and grounds in the complex are cleaned twice a week. The trash dumpsters are also emptied twice a week! I have had things break in my apartment, such as a cieling fan, microwave handle, in-apartment ac. When i report those, the problem was fixed either day of or the next day. Both the ceiling fan AND microwave were replaced with brand new appliances! The owners are very nice and willing to help any way they can, as well. I will and have told many of my friends and others about my complex.
