Property Ratings at The Lakes of Beavercreek Apartment Homes
I lived here for just shy of 4 years. Overall the living experience I had here was fantastic from start to finish. Compared to other complexes I have lived at, the staff here are much kinder and work hard to keep the neighborhood as nice as possible. I would have renewed my lease for another year if my job did not require relocation. The renovations that occurred last year really updated the apartment so beautifully. The appliances especially worked so much better than what was existing. The pond view was also something I loved having for slow mornings. And having two balconies was amazing for all of my plants! Maintenance could be slow at times, but I genuinely don’t hold that against the staff as it was just one maintenance man when I left. With all the other updates the new management company was incorporating, it’s a lot to keep up with. I’ll continue to refer others to consider The lakes of Beavercreek. The complex definitely has several perks I couldn’t find at other properties in Beavercreek.

The neighbors are really rude and get upset at the smallest things. Maintenance also never gets things done on time or correctly unless there is going to be an inspection. Once we asked them to fix our broken toilet and they fixed the broken part with another broken part. They also painted over the fire sprinklers so they wouldn't even be able to work. On top of that we have had a fire alarm that beeps randomly for months, probably a year at this point, the batteries have been changed, and we have told them several times that it needs looked at and no one has done anything
