Apartment living areas are larger than expected. Very close to the Eagle bike/skate park. We have a direct path to the Greenbelt. The pool area is very accommodating. There are lots of spaces to go enjoy to get out of your apartment for a few hours.

The process to start was very smooth from start to finish. With the the beautiful lakeside views and all the amenities you will love living here. I recommend if you are looking in the treasure valley to look here first. By far the best place I found for the value. I could not be happier here.

Julia provided a hassle free smooth move in process. The apartment was absolutely spotless. We had one minor maintenance issue that Robin took care of immediately. Location is ideal being right next to the Greenbelt on one side and soon to be built retail on the other. Also, community community has all the amenities you expect.
