I have had a great experience staying at the Lakes , the apartment is well insulated so keeps me nice and snug during winters. We had one of the worst storms in over a decade hit the east side and the way the maintenance team handled that tell me everything about their service / maintenance and overall customer satisfaction abilities which are all top notch.

Since the takeover from prometheus, the management has been very proactive and making upgrades where necessary. They’re also very receptive to issues and fix them in decent timeframes as well. Overall i think it’s a good place to live.

Its been a great experience living here at the The Lakes Apartments. Super friendly staff, with tons of great amenities like included shedded parking, no additional charges for recreation room, movie theatre or conference room. The staff also hosts multiple community events to help us engage and interact with the neighbors.

As a resident here for 8 months, I must say that the staff are the most responsive and cordial. Hakim, who is the repair person, is quick to mitigate a broken blind, a fused bulb or a broken dryer, all with a smile on his face. Thank you!

Angie was the first person I met when I showed up to look at apartments here. She was professional but personable, and from the get go she made me feel like I belonged there. I have been a resident here now for more than a year, and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else right now. Convenient, close to work, transit, and like I mentioned already, the staff make this place feel like home. Angie is always attentive when I need something, and she has made me feel like I can come to her without feeling like a burden or hassle. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance request, it has typically been taken care of within 24-48 hours, and Angie has always been the one to follow up with me to ensure it was done properly. I recommend The Lakes to anyone moving to the Bellevue area.

The staff is absolutely amazing, Angie is welcoming and friendly being the one you see when you walk in the office, quick to respond and makes everything stress free. Connie keeps the neighborhood informed of anything and everything going on. Ken and Hakim are quick and efficient with work orders. I absolutely love the team that works here, they are all smiles and friendly and efficient and always working so hard to keep this large apartment complex running. Thank you all!

Just moved in around June 2022 and so far it’s really a great community to live in. They have large spacious apartments and have all the amenities likes pool, spa, gym, movie rooms and all.
The Lakes apartment is below pa community apartment though price is always higher side when compared any other community on 148th Ave, Bellevue. Recently, three burglary (door break-ins) happened in a span of 15 days. The management has not installed security cameras, patrolling the community is not in place. Pros: 1. Rent includes one covered parking Cons: 1. Limited open parking area 2. No Tennis Court, Poor landscaping 3. Re-circulating vents in few apartments . 4. Poor maintenance of artificial lakes with lots of insects, rodents.
Nice community to live , downside higher rents and no dedicated covered parking.
Bad customer service,doesn't know how to deal with the problem ,u call for fixing stuff but no return call ,no action on everything,summer its hot but no one is doing there job by cleaning the pool and Opening to used ,high maintenance pay but no improvement
