Fair for the Money

This is an older building with minimal upgrades, but it has been maintained fairly well. If you are looking for a modern apartment, this is not it. However, for the money you pay, it's in acceptable condition. The building management is a small company. So, you'd have to chase after them a bit to get things done, but they do okay. I believe if their staff were more attentive and passionate about their work, the building could be looking much better with minimal changes/upgrades. There is one assigned underground parking per tenant, elevator (can't be used for moving furniture), and laundry rooms on every floor. The neighborhood is safe and fairly quiet. Grocery stores and restaurants are a short walk away. The 19th St BART station is a 20 minute walk. Overall, I recommend this building as a "best cheapest option" for the area.
