Choose from our fully-furnished studio, 1, 2, and 4 bedroom apartments, each featuring private bedrooms, private bathrooms, spacious floor plans with open concept kitchens and living areas, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, vinyl wood flooring, and an in-unit washer and dryer. High-speed internet, water, gas, trash, and sewer service are all included in your monthly rental installment as a $30/month allowance. Electric is billed back based on unit usage. The Knoll's fully-furnished apartments near UMN come with access to our stand-out community amenities that include a spectacular top floor outdoor entertainment and relaxation area, a private courtyard, yoga studio and theater, fitness center, game room, club room, study lounges, tanning booths, and business center.

Property Ratings at The Knoll Dinkytown
Nobody at front desk I tried picking up a package about 30 minutes after getting notified and when i went down to grab it an hour before the office is scheduled to close there was no one thereif you need to close early you should say something to your residents or have some type of sign up cause that is kind of ridiculous.
A little shady about pricing, when you tour they tell you the base line price but then add $40 worth of amenities and maintenance costs when you pay rent. When you submit a maintenance request it takes upwards of a month to get fulfilled. The building is absolute trash when it comes to cleanliness, the garbage by the front door is always over flowing and it reeks, there is also spider colony about 100 strong that live by the front door so that's fun too. If you have an emergency fix it request they will charge you an extra $100 on top of the $40 you already pay for these types of things. Also as nice as the building looks it was made on the cheap, if you have OCD do not live here because none of the lines are parallel, our stove is a good inch higher on one side than the other our cabinets also hang a little crooked too. If you bike, the ramp out of the garage is super steep, so get your legs ready. The non existent security that is suppose to watch the building at night really helps to make us feel safe in the building considering there was an armed robbery a block away from the building. The doors into the building are also often propped open compromising the safety and security of the building. All in all its about what you can expect for student housing, the management will treat you like trash because they know that we have no other choice than to live here so don't get your hopes up but the location is great!
Extremely overpriced, with $40 worth of hidden fees each month. Customer service and security is awful. We submitted a fix it request over a month ago because the poorly built closet rack collapsed and no one has even reached out to fix it. My roommates and I pay a "service fee" each month for the building to aid in fixing issues like this, however we can't even get management to respond to our emails or attempt to fix the broken closest. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else.
