We are very impressed with the property in terms of the staff response and the look and cleanliness of the building. We had a maintenance request today for a bad GFCI outlet on the balcony and Marcellus quickly diagnosed and replaced the outlet within an hour of reporting it. What service and with a smile no less!!

What a great building run by a great team! We really enjoyed our time at The Kent. Ebony, Marcel and Shiloh are all awesome and prompt to address any concerns or questions. The Kent has been great since I moved in last year. The building is pretty new and kept very clean. My unit has been very comfortable with all new modern appliances and finishes. The location is also convenient and walkable to many nearby restaurants and shops.

just now NEW My husband and I relocated from NYC to Carmel a few months ago and we toured at over 10 properties in the area. The Kent was the last on our list and the moment we walked in, it just felt right! Out of all the places we saw The Kent in our minds had the best location, you’re a short walking distance from everything in town, but you also have the peace and quiet away from the bustle of main street on the weekends. As far as the property, it’s beautiful! We live in a 1 bedroom unit that overlooks the reflection pool memorial and it’s a literal slice of heaven! Ebony has been amazing from signing the lease to being accessible as far as reaching out for any need and even planning mixers for the residents. This isn’t just a rental unit, they make it feel like home here!

Just recently moved in to one of the apartments at the Kent and I love it. Everyone is very friendly and the apartment as well as amenities are great. Quiet place, lots of space and it is well taken care of. The resident manager and the maintenance supervisor are awesome in made moving in a smooth experience.

Recently moved into the Kent. At first glance they look great! Second glance they are low quality. Dishwashers are too small, do not get the dishes clean ever, even after running them a second time and very loud. Toilet seats are cheap plastic. Closet rods are hung to low, clothing lays on the shelves which makes the closet only half the space it appears. Amenities are not ready and aren't looking like they will be anytime soon. The outside doors don't always catch...the interior doors into the hallways do not have locks. So basically if the outside door doesn't catch anybody can access the halways.
