Experience has been wonderful ! I have no issues with the property , the maintenance team is very nice and work on issues with rapid speed .

Very nice neighborhood, no issues and quick maintenance time. All the front office staff are very nice and make you feel included. Neighborhood is very safe feeling and not very loud. Issues resolved quickly.

Living at this community has been a phenomenal experience—truly one of the best I’ve ever been a part of. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and supported by both the staff and my neighbors. The management team is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the well-being of residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities are always clean and well-maintained. I also appreciate how peaceful and safe the environment is, which has made it feel like home. Whether it’s the beautiful surroundings, the convenient location, or the sense of community, everything about living here has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a strong sense of belonging.

Great floor plans, the units are all very open with plenty of space. The office staff is great too. This is my 2nd year at this apts and I just renewed my lease.

The apartment is quiet and clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful also very patient, they make your moving experience extremely easy. Comparing to other apartments close by this one is a bit expensive with less amenities.

The apartment complex has been very nice, and I have not had any issues. The move-in process was easy. The surrounding area has many options for dining and shopping.

Experience was good - some pros and some cons. Cons: management previously was more engaged and timely with announcements and community events. Management currently updates you not in a timely manner and not many community events. Otherwise, they are kind and helpful when necessary. As far as valet trash, you pay $40 monthly but there are times when they forget to pick up your trash so it would be nice to not be charged for a service not received on a consistent basis. The idea of valet is great but expect consistent service. Pros: quiet, modern look, maintenance helpful and resourceful. Would consider renewing lease. Location convenient. Thankfully no pest issues.

So far so good. Are finding things in the apartment that need to be fixed. And trying to figure out how to put a maintenance order in for it

From the moment i toured the apartments, to singing my lease, the process was smooth. I'm thankful for the questions that were answered. Everyone in the office made me feel welcomed!

Super friendly stuff such a nice community quiet and the new appliances are great. I love how everything looks so new. And I also love the doggie park

Easy move in, nice updated features for doors and doorbell. Quiet community with a nice setting. Staff was very friendly. Quickly fixed our few small issues.

The staff was very helpful before move in and communicated with us about what they needed to make this a smooth move in. My in person visit to the office was very pleasant. The front desk lady was very nice a patient. The community was clean and the apartment fit our needs. We cannot wait to try the amenities.

Been here for a year now and there’s no issues whatsoever so ever with this complex. Maintenance is always on time and fixes the issues same day. We appreciate the quiet place

Great place to live and awesome area. So close to stores and able to get stuff done quick. I love the grill with pool area and they spaces they give for you to relax and enjoy

I looked at a lot of apartments, and they were all mast and roach infested. The Kensley, was the only one that was decently clean, and modern for the price. The application prices was fairly easy, Sara in the office helped me thru it all. All the ladies in the office were very helpful.

The move-in process was easy and the apartment I chose is very spacious. The front office was very helpful and I appreciated their help with any questions I had.

Apartments itself are a good, affordable, in an area where there isn’t too much going on. I do have a few minor things that I feel should be updated like the washer machine, it’s durable but I wish it was better. The dryer, it takes a few cycles for your clothes to dry.

i’ve been living at the kensley for 20 months now and i can say it’s a great community. Sara in the leasing office is extremely helpful and the maintenance team is always willing to help!

Neighborhood is nice. maintenance is always quick and on time. Management staff changed but are decent. Would recommend. No pest issues. Apartment modern but the bathroom air vent is loud.

I love the friendly staff and ease of communication. Everything is close by and convenient. I have no complaints! I would recommend this community in a heartbeat!

Grounds are clean and neat. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance is great. My place is very spacious.keep up the good work also it’s a quiet place to live

The kensley has been nothing short of amazing and so so welcoming. I have never been so sure about my move and my decision of where to stay and I couldn’t be happier!

Love it here! Very quiet. Management is quick and nice. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for residence in the Collins community

I love the fact that staff works hard for the tenants. I enjoy living here. Having a garage is a bonus. The complex is clean and well maintained. I always see staff around the complex. I also feel safe and it's quiet and peaceful

My resident experience has been good, minus the smoke coming through the apartment it been a good year! Very convenient location and all around nice!

We initially seen another apartment and instantly fell in love, however, we received a call back about a week and a half later advising us that the tenant is staying and we will have another apartment. The new one has a garage which is a plus but it doesn't look like the upstairs apartment

I’m new here at the Kensley and I love my apartment. It’s very quiet here and not too much going on. The office staff is very nice. I really am glad that I decided to move here!

It has been a good community. There is good and bad with every apartment complex. I have been here a little bit and would recommend it to others.

Great staff and I love my apartment. Everything is newly renovated and is great quality. It is in an amazing location with so much nearby like stores and restaurants! Couldn’t be happier!!

Nice neighborhood, quiet for the most part. Maintenance is always out working, they answer requests fairly quickly. Good space in the apartment and garage.

Neighbors and I aren’t compatible. I work a full time job and have absolutely no peace in my own home. I’m assuming structure of building is bad. I get leaks from upstairs and I can hear my neighbors all day. Walking, running, bumping around, etc. (ALL DAY!!) up until at least 11pm/12am nightly. Spoke with office numerous times. I would have to pay fees to move in another unit and rent will increase. Property manager has done nothing to at least help. All she said was her rent was more than mine when asked for help. Like she’s paying for a place with no peace. There’s no comparison.

10/10 very clean, love valet trash, great condition in the complex. Ducks are kinda annoying but at least they are not flooding. Love how readily available staff are and well kept the landscape is.

The apartments are beautiful and the community events are fun . Hopefully the gate in the entrance will be fixed. Other than that it’s great

So far, everything seems to be going well. the apartment was clean upon move in, no bugs were found, the neighborhood is quiet during the day & at night.

I’ve had some bumps in the road this year living here. Overall it’s decent , but concern from staff and maintenance just needs better communication with tenants

Nice community very clean and quiet! Experience has been ok, need a few things fixed like outdoor sitting area, entrance gate and water fountain for the main lake.
