The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Kenmore
It is mind boggling that a property seems to have ZERO interest in prospective tenants. I contacted them, received on response from Rendy asking if I wanted to schedule a tour. Two emails, two phone calls, and an in person visit and I can get NO one to respond at all. I have never experienced a company who is so unwilling to make an effort so someone looking to give them tens of thousands of dollars for a lease. Clearly the reviews on various sites about this management company are correct and I can only imagine how horrible they would be in responding to a tenant who wishes to lease a space. There are NO onsite property management reps at ANY of their locations. Stay far far away.
