The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Julie Lee
This by far has been the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. There are Roaches on top of roaches on top of roaches. Everyday I open the door I expect to see at least one. I’m so scared to bring company over out of fear. Yes the apartments are newly renovated but there are constant water leaks, issues w water pressure & smells of gas in the building. Since I’ve been here the building has switched property management groups THREE TIMES So imagine how much of a nightmare that has been. I can go on & on but do yourself a favor & just move somewhere else.
